HORRIBLE .... the worst programed phone ever made!! WORST THAN VISTA.... i read the reviews and decided i liked the features and it was worth the risk... i was wrong
Pros: Wi-Fi capable
Cons: battery life, durability, freezes, limited memory, operating system, poor navigation, small keys, software bugs, volume level

I BOUGHT THIS PHONE IN DECEMBER AND IT IS APRIL, I HAVE NEVER DROPPED THE PHONE SO I KNOW IT'S NOT ME, THE BATTERY LIFE IN THIS PHONE IS TERRIBLE, IT FREZZES 3 AND 4 TIMES A DAY,I TEXT ALOT SO THERE IS SURFACE DAMAGE FROM TOUCHING IT ALSO I HAVE TO CHARGE IT TWO TIMES A DAY MORNING AND NIGHT I DON'T PULL MY PHONE ON AND OFF THE CHARGER, THAT MAKES MATTERS ONLY WORSE, I'VE NEVER HAD AN LG BEFORE AND I WOULD NOT RECOMEND ONE. THE PRICE YOU PAY IS NOT WORTH IT FOR THE LG INCITE.
Pros: camera/video quality, easy to carry around light weight
Cons: battery life, durability, freezes, limited memory, operating system, poor navigation, small keys, volume level, the buttons are hard to push with pen.

I love the fact that it is a touchscreen and its exquisite design, it is the best. It is easy to use and the features are the greatest.

the touch screen is not responsive have to constantly re-type re-touch to get it to respond just not user friendly too many steps to perform function feels lightweight and cheap not solid i had high hopes for this one will be exchanging tomorrow for blackberry

This phone is HORRIBLE. I had it for one day and returned it because five minutes after I turned it on it was freezing on me over and over and over again! Every time it went into lock mode it wouldn't come back on and the touch screen didnt work so I had to press the soft reset button. It runs on windows 6.1 which also was incredibly AWEFUL. The internet browser was bad too. Don't get this PDA.
Pros: good for texting
Cons: freezes, operating system, small keys, software bugs

This would be a great phone, if it worked. I am currently on my second phone and it will be going back soon. I have to take the battery out every day to get it to work. The screen freezes all the time. When I try to make a call it will freeze and I have to go through the whole battery thing before I can make a call or text. Its so frustrating. Other than that it would be a great phone, but if you need a phone you can count on when you need to make a call this one is not it.
Pros: battery life
Cons: freezes
