My screen got scratched early on, I didn't buy a protector. Otherwise I haven't had the problems I've read on line.
Pros: camera/video quality, durable, ease of use, games, good for texting, menus, speaker, tools, Wi-Fi capable, blue tooth is great
Cons: battery life
I would recommend this to a friend!

I have had this phone for several months now. When I first got it the phone seamed great, has tones of features touch screen etc. but after about a month I began to find a lot of problems with it. The mirror screen is nice but when you are outside you can’t see the screen. The phone freezes constantly and without warning. The battery probably would last if the phone was kept in a case but when kept in your pocket, whenever a key is pressed the backlight comes on and if you don’t check it every few minutes it will drain the battery so when you need the phone it’s completely dead. The keyboard is hard to use and takes forever to send a text. The most annoying this with this phone is that many times when you call someone the mic does not work and you have to reset the phone for it to work. What good is a phone if you can’t even make a call? Bottom line this phone if unreliable and definitely not worth buying!
I have had this phone for less than two weeks and it's being exchanged for the Samsung Solstice at this time. I've had to do a master reset on the phone (meaning everything is lost) at least once a day for the past 3 days. Unable to connect to internet, unable to make a phone call, unable to recv or send text. Only sometimes does just turning the phone off and back on work. The features on this phone were really cool and that's why I chose it, but I have yet to be able to take advantage of any of them. Don't choose this phone.
Pros: battery life, games, menus, tools
Cons: freezes, operating system, software bugs
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I had this phone for 1 day. Right out the box it wasnt working properly. It picked up my wi-fi and connected but the browser wouldnt work. Then it would go on standby just to never come out of it no matter what you do. Everytime the screen goes blank(standby) you have to take out the battery. You cant even turn it off!! I noticed the camera was nice quality but when I tried to take a picture it would just freeze. I returned it to the store after I wated a week to get it in the mail. What disapointment.
in my openion this phone is horrible...it freezes up turns off on its own goes on silent while the volume is all the way up gets stuk on vibe...just horrible.

I would not advise anyone to purchase this phone it is the worst phone i ever owned! the screen locks up, it loses your settings, want except ring tones well, I could go on and on. Don't buy one!
Pros: battery life, camera/video quality, good for texting, Wi-Fi capable
I bought this phonw thinking it was a great piece of technology and found quickly that it is just about the exact opposite, the screen is bad and there are many little quicks and issues, the company also didn't think out the stylus and made it an afterthought quick-fix.
