It's the 1st LG Smartphone in the US

This is LG's 1st smartphone out in the US. I was a bit disappointed with the battery life and the bit sluggish performance, but it looks nice with the glossy styling. Every person's taste is different so they might say it is a bit cheap looking, but in my point of view, it is described as one word: Sexy. the screen is bright enough, camera is great with autofocus, and there are 2 hard-buttons that you can customize. The jog-wheel on the right side is comfortable to use. Another great innovation from LG is its "LG X-button" which closes programs for you, instead of going to the task-manager and closing it manually...which is a very annoying flaw of the Windows Mobile platform for the smartphones.
Pros: camera/video quality, durable, good for texting, tools, Wi-Fi capable, sprite backup program, windows mobile 6.1, officeprograms(wordppexceletc), great glossy style;although not fit for everyone
Cons: battery life, freezes, poor navigation, cannot read sd cards sometimes, must restart it often with the reset button, its big enough to call it a "brick"
I would recommend this to a friend!

I got the incite a little less than month ago the volume is not loud I have the phone in a proctective case and CANNOT hear when the phone rings even with the volume up to the highest. The touch screen I would have to tap on the screen several times to perform a task. phone came with a stylus (A POINTER) the keys are so small on the keyboard the stylus always hit the wrong keys. The backlight turns off so when you want to hit a number the screen is blank. NOT A GOOD PHONE!!!!
Pros: camera/video quality
Cons: battery life, small keys, volume level
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Not worth it

I've owned a lot of phones since 1997 and this phone is the most disappointing. There is no update offered for this phone and the battery has to be charged every nite. The touch screen needs to be improved. My biggest complaint is that the phone freezes on you constantly and there's nothing that you can do but reboot. This is the first and last time I will use a LG product
Pros: ease of use, tools, Wi-Fi capable
Cons: battery life, freezes, operating system
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Many Features, but below par texting.

I loved the fact that it had windows mobile and so many features, bt at first i couldn't text easily with it in landscape and portrait. too many buttons were accidentally being hit. i thought i would get better, but ive had it for a week now and it still hasn't improved. I am beginning to call people to talk to them again, and I plan on bringing this phone back and picking up the AT&T Quickfire with its QWERTY keyboard.
