Locks up all the time

Enjoyed how the Text Messages grouped together by conversations. The keyboard was a little difficult to get used to. The two Incites I have had both have locked up. I was not able to do anything; Make/Receive phone calls; text messaging would take a long time to pull up then could not reply or send texts. Contact list would mysteriously disappear. Multiple issues with both Incites I have had
Pros: battery life, speaker
Cons: freezes, text messaging

Can I get a stylus?

By far the worst phone I've ever used from AT&T.. and I've resorted to Go-Phones. The Windows mobile to start off, would have been great, if there wasn't such a time-delay.. on EVERYTHING. The keypad seemed like a joke if you could find the correct key you would want to hit to the right to push it.. even after calibrations. But perhaps the worst problems WAS the windows mobile, where the phone would run multiple apps, therefore slowing down the phone. This would result in using the "task manager" as you would see on windows PC.
Pros: camera/video quality, speaker, able to return
Cons: battery life, freezes, operating system, poor navigation, small keys, software bugs
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

everything about this phone is amazing! the battery lasts forever! the screen is perfect texting is so easy and its an overall easy phone to use and operate! way better than the iphone by far!

This phone is going back!!!

This phone is going back. I have had it now for 3 weeks and cannot stand it. It freezes up during text msgs. When you speed dial sometime it adds multiple numbers for example instead of 2 it enters 2222. The sound is terrible and it goes in and out. The touch pad it extremely sensitive and you MUST be looking at the screen to do anything. What a waste of technology!

Cons: bulky/heavy, durability, freezes, limited memory, operating system, poor navigation, small keys

this phone is the worst phone ever! at first time i got the phone it was ok, everything worked fine until about the third phone call when it stopped showing who was calling and all it showed was that a call was coming through. then my phone would freeze, the battery would die, the charger stopped working, the screen stopped orienting even if you did the screen orientation thing!, and it was just really hard to use if you were trying to get something done really fast in case of an emergency. f'or people who like to text, DEFINITELY DO NOT GET THIS PHONE! it is the hardest to use while texting because when you click one button another button clicks all the way on the other side of the screen. the only good thing about this phone is the display, wifi and music player, but you must have a memory card if you want to store things because it willl slow your phone down completely if you try using this phone with out a memory card. this is my 3rd phone of the lg incite and it still does not work. listen to this review it will save you a lot of money!!
Pros: ease of use, games, Wi-Fi capable
Cons: durability, freezes, limited memory, software bugs, screen orientation, does not work fast

Phone looks good but is just a pain

This phone is just a pain. It works when it feels like it. Just tonight after having it for just over a month it stopped working for no reason. It has never been dropped or been exposed to liquid. I did all the tricks they tell you and the phone is just dead. turns on for a minute then shuts off. I will not be getting this phone again.

DO NOT WASTE MONEY!!

This phone had so many problems with it. It would always malfunction, the vibrate never worked, when talking on the phone it would make a rotary dial nose in the background. I would have to take the battery out and put it back in at least 5 times a day to get the phone from unfreezing. If your thinking about this phone DO NOT WASTE $$.

Great phone, a little slow and freezes sometimes. Battery kinda overheats but hasnt shutdown on me yet. I love the windows program on it, just like a computer in your pocket. Dont really like that they put the styllus seperate though, Over all I give it a 4 out of 5 for best utilization. I love how its got a mini window media player. Good camera on it, takes clear pics. Screen could be bigger. I like how it can expand to 32GB minisd. Love the internet sharing, so I can hook up to my laptop whenever and use the 3G speed. The texting program is just like messenger. Love the reflective front, though annoying in the sunlight, you cant see the screen. Dont really like the plastic reflective body it has, but no biggie, just get a case. I didnt like it at first, but once you get to know the phone and it's programs, you'll love it. Something new you may like to try.
