The LG Incite is a beautiful cellphone.

I looked at several other phones before deciding on this one. The LG Incite has a 3.0 pixel camera. My last phone(Palm Treo) only had a 1.3 pixel camera. The phone's shiny slick touchscreen and body need to be wiped free of oils and smudges every so often. I enjoy that the phone Windows Mobile 6.1 software offers a link for sending snapshopts to a Snapfish account. Other apps such as GPS Nav, M Sync for downloading ringtones, and Muaic ID are wonderful but costly for the budgetminded. I miss being able to place pictures of contacts on the Today screen. Maybe there's a way to do that. If you're looking for a LG smartphone that will provide great media, photo, and musical apps then you'll want this one. But, be ready to pay for the services as well.
This phone is good for about 3 months. Not easy to use even after reading the instructions. After 3 months started freezing. This my second one and I'm getting rid of it. LG is a good phone company, but this one is a disappointment. None of the features are out of the ordinary for a phone with windows. DO NOT BUY THIS PHONE. Safe your money, buy something else.
this phone is the worst phone EVER. i can't dial, i can't recieve calls, i can't text without the screen freezing, i will always have to restart the phone, and IT FREEZES TOO MUCH. this phone is pathetic. worst phone. i really hate this phone.
Cons: durability, freezes, small keys, software bugs
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

its ok for a touch phone but it needs to have a back button for gods sake!!

Pros: battery life, menus, Wi-Fi capable
Cons: freezes, operating system, poor navigation, small keys, volume level

This phone is really cool. I really don't think this phone should be a Windows Mobile phone though. It wasn't LG's fault that Windows Mobile 6.5 is not really finger friendly. Hate that the stylys is not built it and it sort of lacks performance that is really needed. The transition to landscape and portrait mode is a BIT SLOW
Pros: battery life, camera/video quality, durable, good for texting, speaker, Wi-Fi capable
I BOUGHT THIS PHONE FOR MY 11YR OLD DTR FOR HER BIRTHDAY A YEAR AGO...WE ARE NOW ON PHONE # 3... SAME PROBLEM EACH TIME... THE BATTERY WONT HOLD A CHARGE EVEN WHEN IT IS TURNED OFF DURING CHARGING...THE PHONE FREEZES ALL OF THE TIME...AT TIMES IT WILL SAY NO SERVICE AND WONT MAKE OR RECEIVE CALLS WHEN THERE IS SERVICE!! I COULD GO ON AND ON.... NEEDLESS TO SAY WE CANT WAIT UNTIL WE CAN GET AN UPGRADE....
