This phone is not worth the money. it freezes up so i have to take the battery back out and turn it on again. sometimes the screen dosen't come on all the way. not worth it
Pros: good for texting, menus, speaker, tools, Wi-Fi capable
Cons: battery life, durability, freezes, poor navigation
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

nice but not reliable

I have had 3 of this phones and always the same problems. it freezes constantly specialy when you need it the most, it gets slow all the time, slow to send pictures, the camera takes nice pictures but is slow and you can not move one bit. It is a nice phone and the features are great if it only was reliable.
Cons: battery life, durability, freezes
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I can not STAND this phone. I am really disappointed. I know someone with the LGVU and I love that phone but I need Microsoft Mobile to get from my godaddy email box. So I thought this would do the trick. WRONG!
And the dangling stylis!!! What HORRIBLE design! I was not even shown to me until AFTER I bought the thing.
It is going back today.
Cons: poor navigation, small keys, stylis, slow to orient vert to horz, accessing pictures
I would recommend this to a friend!

THis phone is horrible

I was really exited when i first got this phone. there were so many exciting features, however, after about 3 weeks, i started to notice that the touch screen was not as responsive as it use to be. i thought it was because i have a screen protector, but when i removed the screen protector it was still not as good as it had been when i first got it. whenever i tilt the phone sideways to change the position of the screen, it does not switch until i tilted the phone back to the original position. i decided to trade it in, thinking that it was just a bad model. i had the exact same problems with the new phone, only they seemed ten times worse. the touch screen is the WORST, i can rarely get it it to work, it makes texting nearly impossible. i am hoping that i can trade it in for a different model, because i have been getting really frustrated with it.

Probably the worst phone I've ever used

I've never used a phone so difficult to get the hang of. The touch screen first off, didn't work properly. It misfired on 1 out of every 10 clicks I'd say, which is a HORRIBLE ratio. The navigation was HORRIFIC, it was very difficult to use, and it was just put together in a very sloppy fashion. The Camera phone which is 3.0 MegaPixels was GREAT. The features were great too. Too bad the navigation and ease of use were terrible. Oh, also, the keys were way too small.
Pros: camera/video quality, tools, Wi-Fi capable
Cons: operating system, poor navigation, small keys
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

i have been having this phone for about 3 months now and it freezes all the time in the middle of text messages&on phone calls. it dosent let you recieve text messages when the phone is off, you will get them eventually but not when you cut it right on. i loved it at first but im starting to get really upset with it

Great product and excelent conversation sound

I switch from HTC tilt to this LG incite and I will never go back. It's have the same features of the tilt except for the hidden qwerty keyboard and cost almost $300 less. It's freeze but you just leave him alone for a few seconds and thats it. Sometimes it freeze because the applications running at the same time. Go to task manager and end all task and pum! you are back. I'm 100% happy with this cell.
Pros: durable, ease of use, menus, tools, Wi-Fi capable
Cons: battery life, bulky/heavy
I would recommend this to a friend!

As a phone it does fine - smart it is not! The programs run very slow when they do run. The phone freezes and locks up frequently - rebooting helps sometimes. It is extremely frustrating to use even the simplest feature such as the calculator. My phone requires recalibrating the screen at least a daily function.
Cons: freezes, limited memory, operating system, software bugs, runs slowwwwwwwly, loses screen calibration frequently
