I was excited about getting the Incite. I bought it without getting a chance to play with it in the store, which is unusal. At first the phone was just fine, then I started texting. I used the T9 and some of the simple words were hard to text. I would have to erase and type again to get the right word or it was difficult to go to the next word. Also, It is very difficult to find applications. Everything is so scattered. You have to go through different applications to find features. It can be very complicated. I don't even see to the point of the stylus. It is not even attacted to the phone, which makes it very difficult to keep up with. The battery life on this phone is horrible. I have to charge it every night. I take it off charge at about eight o' clock and around nine that evening to battery is low. I previously have the Blackjack II and the battery lasted longer than that. I was very disappointed with this phone. I am waiting to trade it in to get the Samsung Eternity, I hope it will be better than the Incite.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

i love this phone. it has its moments that it freezes and you have to reset it but that comes with any smart phone. i love the ability to add apps and used the internet with it. it does everything that i need it to do and i love being able to change the home screen to what i want. this phone is not designed for someone who does not know how to use a computer though.
Pros: camera/video quality, durable, good for texting, menus, speaker, Wi-Fi capable
Cons: battery life, bulky/heavy, freezes, small keys
I would recommend this to a friend!

I have this phone and I had it shipped to me and after three months the charger stopped charging, so I had to have AT&T ship me another one. Then my phone started to freeze, or the accelerometer would stop. So I would have to turn the phone off and back on again. The next problem I had was that the touch screen responds poorly, so after a while it stopped responding and my touch screen stopped working so I had to have another phone sent to me. I have the exact same phone now, but I would not recommend this phone for anyone who likes texting without being interrupted, Zoom on a camera, someone who relies on their alarms and reminders, or having a very sensitive touch screen. An iPhone would a better choice.
I have had this phone for about two weeks and I am already on my second device. My first one malfunctioned within two days so I was sent another one. The rotating screen on this phone rotates when it wants, not when you want it too. Its reception is awful. The bulk of my calls were dropped and if not they ecohed. Navigating through the phone is easy. I found more of the features useful then on my Blackberry, so I thought I was in phone heaven, until three days after I got the it.
The battery notifies you as it dies, not before hand so you can get your charger out. I will be taking this phone back replacing it for the iphone (especially since they are the same price).
Before I purchased this phone, I read the reviews but I said it can't be that bad because all I ever really do is dial out and receive calls. The phone has rung twice since I've had it, but at the end of everyday my voicemail box is full. Also the phone is okay for texting if you use the stylus. With this phone they surely developed a way for people not to text and drive because there is no such thing. The keys are too small to text with unless you have baby fingers!
So if you are reading this, just stay away. Listen because I did not! Now I'm stuck going back and forth to the store to get the phone switched out!
This is the worst phone i have ever had. My old brick nokia works better than this. the touch screen goes through fases when it does not work. connecting a bluetooth headset is a chore. i gave up after a day or so trying. It freezes all the time. When the touch screen is working i have to touch half way up the screen from the icon i a trying to use. Camera is ok but there is no flash. Dont know why they give you a computer cord. cant tranfer files from the phone to the computer vise versa. I would stear clear of this phone. Its a headache n a half. If your stranded somewhere good luck getting the phone to work to make a call...
some poeple might have buyer's remorse, but if you like to have a touch screen windows phone without keys, this is your phone.
love the big tough screen, but hate that it has tiny icons, and how slow this phone is in responding to your touch everytime.
and media player cannot play all the songs on the memory card at the same time. you have to go to the menu eveytime you want to play a song.
my parents got a LG Vu, and i love their phone better than mine. but there is something about this phone, that i wouldnt trade it for anything...I mean i read a tons of bad reviews , and I still bought it, and even though i hate a few thing about it, I wouldnt trade it for anything.....so test drive it, and if you like it buy it...
I have this phone for four months, and got a problem with battery life. Very poor battery!!! I usually charge it at night, and only make couple phone call during the day and the battery goes down to 50%. sometimes not even use it and it show low battery. another problem is the phone gets freeze often which it was in my bag or on the table at home. i have to turn off and on again. This happens the same thing to my boyfriend's phone (he has same phone) And now he's thinking to get an iphone instead. 3 stars for this once
Pros: ease of use, speaker, tools
Cons: battery life, freezes, volume level, camera
I would recommend this to a friend!

This phone freezes every time i receive texts.

This is by far the worst phone I have had. The first day i got it the phone froze. Now after replacing the phone once and having it for about 3 months every time i receive a text message the phone freezes and the screen goes blank. The only way to fix this problem is to take out the battery and restart the phone. Then after the phone is powered back on you can not even go and read the text message you received. Also the phone it self is very slow and takes a long time to start up or take a picture. I personally could not get the wi fi to work on eaither one of the two phones i had, but can do it on any other wi fi capable phone. the volume is also very poor on this phone and memory isnt all that great eaither. all in all i would not consider buying this phone. i promise you will not like it.
