If it worked

If this phone worked the way it is supposed to I would be happy. However, from the day I got it I had battery issues, the blue tooth would not work half the time. I am going back to the store today.
DON'T BUY IT! :(
Pros: Wi-Fi capable
Cons: battery life, bulky/heavy, durability, freezes, limited memory, poor navigation, small keys, software bugs, volume level

WASTE OF MONEY AND TIME!

Had and iphone before this and thought id save a little money with this phone. Now i see that the iphone is totally worth the money! Incite has slow responding touch screen, battery life is horrible, freezes like every other text, way to many software updates because the software is horrible, windows mobile is the worst! wish i could give this a 0 outta 5. Dont waste your money! Buy an iphone or blackberry! Theres a reason they cost more...Because they are 10x better! I saw no pros at all with this phone. The music player volume isnt even loud!

This phone is a waste of time. It's horrible, it freezes a lot, slows down, just all bad. I tried to give it a chance but it not a good look

I began to have issues with it only weeks after having it. It has some good features but it freezes alot and the touch screen in horrid!
Pros: battery life, camera/video quality, Wi-Fi capable
Cons: bulky/heavy, freezes, horrible for texting!

not easy to use

This phone is difficult to use and a bit complicated. I like it and have no problem, but for those who aren't computer or gadget geeks it is not the right phone for you. I did have to send the first one back because it froze up but I have had no problems with the new one. I use it as a modem for my laptop while traveling and I have no problem. The WiFi works just fine. This phone is not for those who just want to text and send pics. This phone is for those who are in need of a mobile computer. My suggestion. If you just want to chat, text, store pics and mms get another phone. Also be careful and make sure the answer key is enabled before placing the phone up to your ear to take a call. It sometimes doesn't work and the phone will ring while up to your ear. It is extremely loud and is very painful.

Cons: freezes, small keys

Lots of bells too bad they only work 75% of time.

I am a businessman with about 270 accounts. It is had to impress customers with good service when your phone works properly only 75% of the time. This phone drops calls and turns off by its self. The programs work incorrectly or otherwise with hesitation. The navigation is awful choosing a program is a 75-25 chance you will end up in the program you need to use and it doesn’t matter if you use your finger or the stylist. I cannot imagine anyone who needs to have access to all the functions the phone is supposed to have being happy with their purchase. This is not my first LG INCITE phone. AT&T has replaced it once, three days after my initial purchase. If you are interested in the LG INCITE my best advice is, pick another phone!

Worst phone ever bought in last 15 years!!!

It's the worst phone I have ever bought. We have five LG Incite in our extended family. All of them freeze frequently. The touch screen is not quite responsive. Don't ever think of buying this model.
