This phone is not worth buying.

It always freezing and you have to restart the phone and I loose information when i do so. Also I already have to buy a new phone because it freezes to much. Also it dies before the day is over. I would not recommond this phone to anyone. Also the alarm clock rarely works. It is just not a good phone.
Pros: good for texting, speaker, Wi-Fi capable
Cons: battery life, durability, freezes, limited memory, poor navigation, small keys, software bugs
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Phone Freezes too much

My husband bought me this phone and I, personally, would not have bought it. When I charge it, it freezes and I have to unplug it, take out the battery, put the battery back in, and then turn the phone back on. Most of the time the phone has not been fully charged and I have to go through the process every night.
I do not like the screen keyboard. I like having the keys at my fingertips all the time and when I go to type the backlight goes out.
Too frustrating to work with.
Pros: games, menus, speaker
Cons: battery life, freezes, operating system

The good: packed with features such as windows mobile, wi-fi, 3mp camera, nice looking phone.
The bad: hard to navigate, touchscreen is really finicky, processor is slow, hard to text.
Swapped it out for the Samsung Eternity. It is WAY more user friendly. Only downside to the Eternity is no wi-fi. Otherwise, its a much better phone.
Pros: camera/video quality, Wi-Fi capable
Cons: operating system, poor navigation, small keys, bad for texting
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Waste of pick

Already on my second one, first one froze-up , brick! Second one is starting to flicker. Battery life is great if you don`t use it. This is not a phone to put in your pocket as it will adjust itself as you walk.Need to use it on cloudy days or inside as you cant see the screen. Also much slower than the Iphone!

Cons: battery life, freezes, limited memory, small keys, software bugs, volume level

I just recieved this phone yesterday and am sending back tomorrow while I still can. Im big on texting and the keyboard is microscopic i mean you cant hit the correct key with a tooth pick. I knew right away the phone wouldnt work for me. Also the battery was fully charged at 8am and the died at about 3pm. I was at work so i literally hadnt used the phone all day and it still died. I could just imagine how quick it dies if someone actually tries to use it. I literally spent 5 min trying to send a 3 word text thats pretty bad. Completely turned off on the quality of this phone. Please consider before buying!!!

Messaging will mess up and delete messages without you getting to read them. The screen won't come back on after I've made a call. Viewing pictures is a hassle, because you have to tap out of each one. This phone is horrible.

I have had nothing but trouble out of this phone. The battery life is awful. Luckily I was able to order a new phone today.

Good looks but horrible memory management

I had the incite for almost a year now and at first it was difficult to use but after a few days it became easy i can use the phone for alot of stuff i do daily but when it comes to managing its own memory its becomes almost imposible to deal with
Pros:batt life is decent, cam quility pretty good, durability, pretty good, works well with google map, nd have apps for word documents nd adobe files; bottom line its plenty to do on this phone

Cons: the phone was design pretty well the only major flaw that possibly make it the was phone ever is the fact that it is completely impossible to manage the phone memory which cause the phone to freeze very easily on any app r with anything you can do with the phone which could be the fact that this phone was either made with not enough memory to completely support the operating system its running on meaning it was not made for windows mobile 6.1 or it was made with the wrong operating system; bottom line the operating system that came with this phone does fit with the phone or the operating system needs somethin to help manage the phone memory
