Great Phone

This phone does it all. It's better than an I-phone because of the Microsoft operating system and it takes videos. It's by far the best phone I've ever had.

I went through 5 replacements on this phone. I really liked what it had to offer, but it just didn't work right. I replaced the battery twice because of overheating issues.
Pros: camera/video quality, Wi-Fi capable
Cons: battery life, freezes, limited memory, operating system, poor navigation, software bugs
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

A horrible phone

It's very difficult to use. it's hard to find the function you're looking for and even when you do know where it is it's at least 3 steps to get to it. there isn't a recent call log or text log to make it easier to call/text and texting is a pain as well. if you text a lot this is not a good phone.
Pros: Wi-Fi capable
Cons: freezes, operating system, poor navigation, small keys, volume level, poor for texting

Worse phone I ever had

This phone does not respond to touch and it's not just because of a slow operating system. When texting, if you intend to text the letter "a", you'd better strike a letter next to, above, or below it. Same thing with commands. Aligning the screen does not help. I should've exchanged this phone within the 30 day period. The only convenient thing is syncing with OUTLOOK; but choosing a contact from the list is "hit or miss" literally.
Pros: battery life
Cons: freezes, operating system, poor navigation, screen does not allign

This phone was the worst purchase mistake I've made phone wise. It freezes up, randomly shuts off, nearly impossible to text or even hit the right button, if you turn your hand slighty the screen turns then you have a delay waiting on it to turn back. I would comment on the stylus but I got so frustrated one day that I tore it off and threw it. I'm currently looking for a new phone. I've learned to read the reviews first.

Cons: bulky/heavy, freezes, small keys, volume level

i do not like this phone

im sorry i dont like this phone at all and these are the reasons:
1)its hard to see in the sun
2)when you touch one part of the screen it will do the opposite
3)it is VERY DIFFICULT to use
4)the texting is terrible it never hits the right buttons and i do not have big fingers
5)sometimes it freezes then the touch screen will not work
6)it will frustrate you
so u really dont recommend this phone

Terrible phone

Phone is very slow when trying to open programs and switching from portrait to landscape mode and the touch screen is too small and tricky. The stylus hangs from the phone like a charm and is very irritating to use. The only upside on this phone is the battery. Caller Id isnt viewable when certains functions on home page are turned on. You cannot view phone if it is sunny outside there is way too much reflective glare and some touch buttons are too small to use your fingers with so use of the stylus is required. Overall this phone was very poorly designed. I would not recommend this phone to anyone that is savvy with gadgets as they will be disappointed with its speed and response times.
