This phone freezes constantly. I am always having to remove the battery and restart it. I cant even use the lock button to lock my screen because it freezes even more. I would not recommend this to a friend. If your gonna pay for a touch screen phone and want a better Operating System (os) get the IPhone. Your better off with it.
Pros: battery life, Wi-Fi capable
Cons: freezes, operating system, small keys, software bugs
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Amazing features ... but

This phone can do anything an iPhone can, and there are many free apps for WinMo that expand it's capabilities even further. Navigating the phone menus is difficult without a stylus, and some functions require you to drill through 2 or more screens to get it to do what you want. Texting is difficult because of the keyboard arrangement, and accessing the call log to place a call is clunky. If you have occasion to call any automated phone system which requires key input you'll hate this phone because it turuns the touchpad off when not in use after about 30 seconds or so when in a call. I would only recommend this phone to tech geeks who are not afraid brick the phone to make the most of it's features.
Pros: battery life, speaker, Wi-Fi capable, size
Cons: freezes, poor navigation, small keys, software bugs
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Dont buy this phone

I bought this phone without reading any reviews on it and wished I had. When I first bought the phone, I liked it a lot, but after a couple of months I started to notice the FLAWS that this phone has. The phone shuts off from time to time, battery life is a big issue, difficult to use while driving, cant pick up phone calls without denying call, must use stylus pen to do anything with phone, and it freezes a lot.
The BEST thing about the phone, it makes a great night light!
Pros: night light
Cons: battery life, durability, freezes, operating system, small keys, dont buy!
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Worst smartphone I've ever used
on May 7, 2009

I've owned the following phones- Treo 600, Treo 650, Treo 680, Blackjack, Blackjack II, AT&T Tilt, HTC 8525, Blackberry Pearl, Blackberry 8710, Blackberry Bold, Motorola Q, iPhone, and the iPhone 3G. So, I know smartphones. The Incite was absolutely the worst and poorest designed phone I've ever used. It was impossible to accurately enter text, the touch screen was a very finicky, and the display was hard to read in direct light. What a mess of a phone!
so its hard to use.. it turns too easy and takes forever to get back to the right way you want it.. its hard to txt fast and not easy at all. i dont suggest that you get this phone .. and the camera quality isnt even that good
Pros: durable, menus, Wi-Fi capable, bluetooth works once you get it figured out!
Cons: battery life, freezes, operating system, small keys, software bugs, bad for texting, annoying
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Not a well made product

Originally had GPS and all the bells and whistles but GPS would often cause the phone to lock up, even more so than the every 5-6 days with no GPS.
Touch screen needs to be recalibrated every day, and even after doing this, after several text messages, it's hitting all the wrong keys again.
Battery life with the unlimited internet was about 14 hours on standby, but 2 hours of GPS will kill the full charge. Now with no internet and only phone and texting, it's about 3 days, which is acceptable.
Tethered stylus is a very stupid idea -- people keep asking me why I had a charm hanging off the end of the phone. It was useless as even using that stylus didn't help when the screen was malfunctioning, though you need it to reset the phone (see above).
Proximity screen blanking was slow to restore the screen during calls to voicemail services, causing the default choices to be incorrectly made.
The Incite is well built, as I've been incited to throw it several times out of frustration and it still works, though no better nor worse than before. My boss returned his after 2 days, and I should have followed his lead.
Words of advice: if you are a heavy texter, don't get an on-screen keyboard as it takes up most of the screen and you'll be lucky to see one line of your message. I made faster messages using my old Moto RAZR V3 than I did on this one, and the RAZR never let me down.
I got this phone a while ago, and I thought it was a great phone. I was wrong! Right away when I took the plastic protector off, I wish I didn't. It scratched VERY easily. I turned it on and it froze up. I turned it off and turned it back on and it worked. I forgot about it and went on to text my friends. (because I am a HUGE texter!!!) The keyboard was incredibly small and hard to text on. If you don't have long nails, it is sooooo hard to use. I also noticed that I had to keep pressing the same letter two or more times to use it. It was also bulky and heavy. Something you really do no want in a phone! I had it in my pocket and it weighed me down. It also stuck out really far. I must say though, the camera was AMAZING! I took really awesome pictures on it. If I had to get this phone again, I would only use it for the camera!!! Hope you found this review helpful!!! Thanks!
Pros: camera/video quality, Wi-Fi capable, good apps for buisness people!
