Phone Locks Up

I actually returned the first Incite I received after a few months due to repeated lockups (4-5 times per week on average). The second did better initially, then began exhibiting the same behavior, which seemed to get worse when the battery dropped below 50% capacity. The touch screen and screen rotation are not particularly responsive. Also, when the phone is in use, the screen appears to go to standby five seconds into the call.
Pros: good for texting, menus, tools, Wi-Fi capable
Cons: battery life, freezes, software bugs
I would recommend this to a friend!

lg has come a long way from a basic flip phone to a windows mobile device this phone is very easy to understand for everything
Pros: battery life, camera/video quality, durable, ease of use, menus, speaker

think twice

I purchased this phone about a month ago, and I've had nothing but problems. I've had to reset this phone about twice a day for either the caller I.D. will not display or the phone will just shut off for no reason. I'm not pleased with this product at all. Buyer Beware!!!!

No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Worst Phone I ahve ever owned

Don't waste your money on this phone. The screen freezes constantly and the battery does not last (even if it is just standing by). I have never been so compelled to throw something against the wall so many times. This phone offers nothing for the price you have to pay. I recommend spending the extra money and getting an iPhone!

NOT A GOOD PHONE AT ALL!

Ok ive had this phone for a few weeks now and honestly im surprised i have not returned it to get the samsung eternity or the quickfire. In my opinion there are so many flaws with this phone the cons GREATLY outweigh the pros. For example when using a touchscreen without a directional pad you expect it to be very responsive like that of an iphone. However this is not the case, it is in fact the most unresponsive touchscreen device i have ever dealt with. I have mine set so that the phone vibrates when clicking the touchscreen and honestly ill be clicking away at my phone while it vibrates and after several attempts the selected application will finally open. With that in mind, texting is very difficult and it rarely applies the selected letter in my message. On top of that you are only given one line to view your message so if you wish to view what you have previously written you must go through the pain of trying to use the tiny scrollbar on the unresponsive screen. Just to make matters worse i just recently fixed mine after there was a problem charging the battery and the oddest thing is i have never dropped my phone or spilt anything on it so mine has some very serious problems. Please keep in mind im not just speaking poorly of this phone just for the heck of it, this phone seriously has some major flaws and i know im not the only one who thinks that. After reading some of the other reviews there are many who are displeased with their incite and also the review for this phone on phonescoop is also quite harsh. So my final word for this phone is disappointing and ill be sure to trade this in an get something such as the eternity, quickfire, or even a refurbished iphone.

Great phone!

I got this phone about 4 months ago, and I really like it!
I have had 4 other WM phones before this one, and this is definitely my favorite!
The only complaint that I have is that the screen is extreemly reflective, so if you are outside it is very hard to see the screen.-(However this is not a big issue since I work in an office)
I did download a lot of finger freindly apps, and haven't used the stylus since day one.
I would highly recomend downloading finger friendly apps- I made mine look very close to the iphone-In fact, some people with an iphone asked me if I had a different version of the iphone!!
overall I would highly reccomend this phone...
The battery life is Great!
