The phone is awesome and easy to use

Ive had this phone for 2 years , it is perfect, easy to text,nice camara,nice windows 6.1,nice screen, easy to use,the phone is super dont believe the negative hype of others.
Pros: battery life, camera/video quality, durable, ease of use, games, good for texting, menus, speaker, tools, Wi-Fi capable, phone is smooth
Cons: small keys
I would recommend this to a friend!

first the negatives, you could spend 2 min clicking the screen only to keep pressing unintended menu options. no standard keypad only a weird one, and a full keyboard but when u choose that you cant see all of what your texting. freezes every once and a while and u have to remove the battery to restart it. easy to answer calls when its not locked in your pocket. the pros, best camera you can get, long battery life, very durable, big screen, wi fi works well, crystal clear sharp picture, recommend for a girl with small fingers.

Cons: freezes, operating system, small keys, software bugs

One darn good phone!!

Of all the phones I've had, this is by far my favorite. I've read where it's bulky/heavy....NOT THE CASE AT ALL!! The phone is slim and light weight. What were they talking about??? Texting is not really a problem. There are only a couple of things bugging me about the phone. 1)external stylus, but I don't use it anyway, 2)if someone texts you more than one line, you have to minimize the keyboard to read everything and bring the keyboard back up to type. Also, they could have put a flash on the camera. Just a thought. If you have enough lighting, the pictures/videos look good. But navigating through the phone is a breeze. Some downloaded ringtones sound like a speaker blew.
Pros: battery life, camera/video quality, ease of use, good for texting, Wi-Fi capable, lightweight
Cons: volume level, no flash for camera, external stylus

Horrible Phone

This phone starting freezing less than a month after I got it, first only once a week or so but now it's a few times a day. The only way to fix it is to take out the battery and sometimes that doesnt even work. It also really flaky and doesnt always let me make or receive calls.
Pros: ease of use, games, good for texting, menus, speaker, tools, Wi-Fi capable
Cons: battery life, bulky/heavy, freezes, limited memory, operating system, software bugs
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Not What I Thought It Would Be...

I went into the ATT Store looking at this phone and the Samsung Eternity. I was heavily leaning towards the Eternity but i got this phone for Christmas and have decided to keep it rather than seeing what the eternity is like. I played with both of them in the store and was not impressed by this phone at all. But once i got it and set it up the way i wanted it, its a great phone. The Landscape View is borderline annoying though and they switch slowly, the ringtones and other files also get very spread out. But other than that this phone is great. I have been impressed with it the little time i have had it. Also it feels very sturdy in your hand.
I would recommend this to a friend!

life is proven to be the best out of all the touch screens. it has great applications, all kinds of cool specs, and it looks awesome to add to it.
i dont see any reason why someone wouldnt get this amazing phone

Terrible - Worst Phone Ever

This is the worst phone I have ever had. I hate it. Many of times I have wanted to throw it in the street as a car is coming so that it gets crushed. I have to re-align the keys three times a day so that I can text or dial the phone. It never displays the correct number or letter. It's slow as well. Do not get this phone, you will want to crush it.

Good try, but try again.

At first it was good. Then freezing starts, non-responsive, and shuts off. Sometimes the reset does not even correct the problem. Must take the battery out. Connect a bluetooth, forget about it. Battery life was good before an agent connected my bluetooth, phone started to lock in every call. I disconnected the bluetooth and havent tried to use it any more since. Now battery never keeps a good charge. I cant take it any more.
