WORST PHONE YOU WILL EVER BUY!!! DO NOT BUY THIS PHONE! After you have had this phone for a while it freaks out and pushes random buttons. i would rather not have a phone at all then have this phone. using this phone is the most frustrating part of my day. at frist this phone will seam fun to use but just wait it will become your worst enemy. i suggest no one ever buy this phone it will be the worst mistake of your life! ive had mine for 3 months and it freezes everyday and has gotten to the point where the phone is completely unusable because it wont let me touch anything on the screen. i hate this phone, i want to smash it with a hammer. and anyone who has every tried to use my phone hates it and cant figure out how to use it. please dont buy there is nothing good at all about this phone!
Pros: battery life
Cons: durability, freezes, limited memory, operating system, poor navigation, small keys, software bugs, touch screen doesnt work

I had to return this phone.

I received the phone and charged it up. Used it for about a day then it just died. I had to return it and decided to try the Samsung Eternity instead. There are a lot of features but the buttons are hard to press. I had to press each button at least twice for it to register. Its difficult to text. The phone is really nice but not user friendly.
Pros: camera/video quality, Wi-Fi capable
Cons: durability, freezes, operating system, poor navigation
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Overall, a great phone. Great Windows OS and ease of use. Great navigation, email and basic phone functions. Stylish and gets noticed. Only cons; screen is slow to transfer to/from horizontal and vertical views; full qwerty keyboard limits view of message (offers the other keyboard); keys are perfect size for small finger-men's finger size may pose a problem; hard to find skins/protective cases that fit this phone. Highly recommend this phone.
Pros: camera/video quality, ease of use, good for texting, tools, Wi-Fi capable, stylish

Worst LG phone experience

This phone seemed great at first. It looks sleek and acts sorta like a mirror *great for girls. But come to find out it's incredibly slow and freezes all the time. Sometimes the texting function doesn't work either. The battery life is great. I have gone 4 days without charging it. But this phone isn't the phone for you if you like to text. I have small fingers but it is very hard for me to text on the screen since it is all touch screen and when you are texting, the keyboard takes up the entire screen so u cnt see what you wrote in your text. This phone is extremely disappointing and I have had 5 of them to be honest. AT&T is finally shipping me out a new make and model, thank god. I would not reccomend this phone to anyone. It also has way too many programs on it that I believe contributes to the slowness and fact that it freezes all the time.

DO NOT BUY THIS PHONE!! I purchased this phone in Febuary and I have had problems ever since. The touch screen went out several times. I recently brought it in for repair and the sales associate told me that the manufacturer had so many problems with it that they dont even make them anymore!! I am currently looking for a different phone. The only good think about the phone was the display. The camera was such a good quality. maybe they will get it right.

My lg incite is the best thing i have ever touched.
there are so many awesome apps and features. there are very few down sides to the incite one of them is not really a down side it is just to make sure you buy a screen protecter so your screen does not get scratched.
the other down side is that the battery life is not great so i would defiantly recommend a charger handy other than that the lg incite is the shiniest, coolest phone around and i have had an iphone and tried the blackberry touch and the incite if way better.

This phone has a sleek look but bulky in ways, a nice screen that can be used as a mirror, which was a plus. THe phone has the Windows mobile software which is too much for someone who just wants a phone. The Conversation style texting is okay, but then you cant save individual texts. The phone looks nice but is too much llike a computer with a ton of extras I have never used. The touch screen often does not respond to your touch, which gets really annoying. There are more cons than pros about this phone.Do not even consider it!

THIS PHONE IS REALLY SLEAK. I have had it for two days. It has a lot of features that come in handy. If possible I would like to see the phone have preloaded MS office applications and better ringtones. The only problem that I am encountering is the battery life. Once you start flipping between applications the battery charge diminishes pretty quickly and it takes quite a while for it to recharge. Make sure that you have a charger handy. Another point to mention is to make sure that you get a screen protector so that your screen does not get scratched from use. Otherwise I LOVE MY LG INCITE!!!!
