Worst smartphone I have every owned. Makes the MotoQ look like a winner. hard to pair with bluetooth, couldn't get the activesync to work wiith the supplyed cable. LG tech support is no help. Returned to store in 4 hours and got the IPhone...
I just got this phone a week ago and it works AWESOME. It takes a little getting used to if you have never used a touch screen before but once you get used to it, its great. The screen size makes watching videos a great experience and the picture quality is excellent. I already dropped it and it survived with no damage. Definitely buy this phone!
Pros: camera/video quality, durable, ease of use, good for texting, menus, speaker, Wi-Fi capable
Cons: battery life, freezes
I would recommend this to a friend!

I Got my phone about 5 months ago, I got on here and read all the reviews and at the time they were all great. This was my first all touch screen phone, and maybe Im just not a touch screen person, but I hate almost everything about this phone. the stylus dangles on the side like a charm, which gets very annoying, very fast. the touch screen is slow, the volume isnt very loud at all. if you use your phone very often at all, the battery drains quickly. you cant see the screen in the sunlight, and while you are in a call the screen goes black so if you need to use the keypad you have to shake the phone. I played with an Iphone for a few minutes the other day, and in those few minutes, I realized I should have spent the extra money and gotten it. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PHONE.
by far the worst phone i've had in 15 years. wi-fi never has worked, deletes contacts, w/o stylus is hard to manage, i could go on. DO NOT buy this phone!
Cons: battery life, freezes, poor navigation, small keys
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Well I have had this phone for a little over two months now. I must say it is pretty nifty. When I first got the phone it was quite a challenge becuase i had never owned a touchscreen prior to the incite. The phone is very business compatible and in some ways more so convienient than a blackberry. But as a teenage girl my main uses of the phone are of course texting lol, talking and using the windows offfice mobile for school assignments. After about maybe 2 weeks of having the incite it fell out of my tote and the screen adopted a small scratch. Soon after when recieving calls the identification was sort of cut off from the screen so you couldnt see it but reseting the phone helped. thank god for that reset buttin because you will use it alot! 2-3 times a day. Sometimes the phone will refuse to accelerate but my biggest problem with the incite is the issue of a declining battery. On occasion when i place the phone on the charge instead of the phone charging the battery life will actually decrease while on the charger! wild huh? maybe its just my device, but these are some of my problems. but be careful because almost every fall guarentees a fresh sctrach on the phone its self or the screen. definatley by a screen protactor and case because the phone collects more finger prints then a a police investigation, but if i were to get the oppurtunity to buy a new phone tomorrow I would buy this phone all over again beccause its really nice and dependable. My advice would be to take your charger with you everywhere becuase texting drains the battery more than talking. that could be because i send and recieve between 300-400 text messages per day. also buy a car charger. but this is a really nice phone and most of its problems are manufactural so if you dont mind the dangling stylus and actually using the reset button more than you do the phone then it is a great buy and well worth the money. i hoped this helped your decision!!! oh ps it's IMPOSSIBLE to see in the sunlight so if you are a very adventurous person then this might not be the phone for you.
Pros: camera/video quality, durable, ease of use, games, good for texting, menus, speaker, tools, Wi-Fi capable
This phone is very slow. The displays are extremely small. I'm constantly hitting the wrong buttons. I will be purchasing a iPhone again. Very cute phone and stylish though.
Pros: battery life, camera/video quality
Cons: durability, freezes, small keys, software bugs
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

this phone is a great device but it has some major problems that LG should have really taken care of. First the screen is small and very hard to use in day light due to the shininess also the menus are really small and if ur a guy with fingers its hard to touch. The auto rotation does not work very well u really have to like smack the phone when its rotated to move. Also the querty keypad takes up all of the screen when texting all you can see is one line at a time. Also just the time it takes for the phone to react to a touch is long. The phone recognizes you touched it but it doesnt react until 5 seconds later. I think theses are things a good company like LG should know about i would consider the Curve 8320 with wifi for the same features except touch screen there are no fully touch screen wifi phones from AT&T yet Lg incite great phone but very slow and glitzy
ok i work for at&t and belive this to be the best phone i have had a chance to review it has features that most phones say they have but never work right. i LOVE tihs phone.
Pros: camera/video quality, durable, ease of use, good for texting, speaker, Wi-Fi capable
