Take the time to learn the phone and it's great!

Didn't want an iPhone because everyone has them now. Wanted 3G, WiFi, battery access, camera, touchscreen, expandable memory and GPS. It's all here. The user manual is 180 pages and I read it all over 3 days and I could probably give lessons on what this phone can do now. Previously had Blackberry's and a Moto Q Global. I like the shiny mirror look of it, and I like the handwriting recognition feature and I love the photo frame feature that allows you to dress up your pictures with effects. This phone is now loaded with Opera, Google Maps, Live Search, Viigo, Banking and all of my email accounts are pushing perfectly. Phone will also verbally "speak" an email sender and subject to you. Just gotta read that manual and spend a day or two checking out all of the features and settings. They have thought of everything for you. What can't it do? No flash is a bummer and its not as big as an iPhone so the touch screen is sloppy for typing sometimes but you can always go portrait and your keyboard changes to be a clone of the Blackberry Pearl and typing is a little easier that way. All in all very pleased with this phone and get a lot of compliments on it. Just learn the phone first before bashing it. And I like the stylus hanging off it it just fine!
Pros: camera/video quality, ease of use, good for texting, menus, Wi-Fi capable, intuitive, cool hidden features
Cons: small keys, too shiny to read outdoors, fragile - buy a case
I would recommend this to a friend!

Sorry Eternity

I was stuck between a iphone, incite, and eternity, i own my own buisness and i needed a pda/smart phone that would keep up with me. i tested the iphone. i was a piece of junk, it's just another touchscreen phone with internet, and music player. The eternity was great, but it kept getting stuck, the internet wasn't, coming up, nor did it keep battery life, but it was a pda, but not my type of pda. So i tried the incite, loving it good, i get to send emails, voice guided GPS, and do anything i would on a computer and more.
Pros: battery life, camera/video quality, durable, ease of use, games, good for texting, menus, speaker, tools, Wi-Fi capable
I would recommend this to a friend!

Well at first by reading some of the previous reviews i was very pushed away from this phone but thought i would try it out anyway. And i can't explain how happy I did. It isn't hard to see in the sun, battery is more than good, texting isnt hard once you get used to it, and it has so many little things that makes this a great phone. If you are good with modern electronics I would highly urge you to try this one out
Pros: battery life, ease of use, good for texting, speaker, Wi-Fi capable
I would recommend this to a friend!

Disappointment abounds!

I am very disappointed with this phone. I expected a smooth operating and quick responding smart phone. NOT!
This phone locks up all the time, stalling when exploring folders, as it loads the items into the cache to access them.
The screen is slow switching from portrait to landsacpe mode. Most of the time, I have to shake or even tap the phone for the motion sensor to respond. It takes 5-10 seconds sometimes! When making a call, the phone blacks out so fast and responds so slowly to the face proximity sensor input, that using a service where prompts are required is virtually impossible.
I'm finally getting the screen aligned to my finger placement, after 10 months. It took forever to figure out where the screen would want me to place my finger tip to access menus and icons. I aligned this thing so many times, but it seemed to have a mind of it's own.
Email access is a pain, having to change and switch folders all the time. I would love to be able to open my message folder and have them all there for me in one place. All messages, text/email/MMS are all in tree format and must be run thru to select folders.
The browsers stink. Internet Explorer and Netfront Browser both. Web pages are not fit to the screen, unless you run thru a myriad of setup options in the browser settings to set it up. Then those settings are lost the next time you use the browser. The use of login and search forms is a painful proposition. The page jumps to the top when you click in a form slot and then the slot stays at the top until you select another slot for a password let's say. then the page reloads or the select/enter feature is non-functional and you have wasted your time pecking in information. Logins to Windows Live accounts is horrible, as they constantly refuse to recognize perfectly correct login info.
I hate this phone. Windows mobile stinks to high heaven anymore. I thought the newer version would be better, but it is worse.
I am going to an Android based phone next time and dumping Windows Mobile. Outlook sync may be lost, but it will come along. I am willing to wait for the Google app to access Office 2007, than to put up with this hassel any longer.
Camera use really stinks. it is so slow, takes blurred pictures due to the slow functioning of the camera shutter response time. I have never gotten a good picture in any light except for bright sunlight of a stationary object.
Using the phone to make a call is painful. The screen blacks out during a call and if you must use a number prompt system, it is blacked out, you must reactivate the screen, unlock it, and then push the number on the pad, if it has popped up for you. Most of the time, I use another phone rather than put myself thru the hassle. The face proximity sensor is worthless.
Do not buy this phone. It has started flexing and popping when I use the touch features, it is slick in my hands and moves around making it hard to control at times. The phone is slow and a pain to use. Should have bought a Samsung again.
Pros: battery life, speaker
Cons: freezes, operating system, poor navigation, software bugs, super slow camera
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I've had my incite for a little over a month and it's okay. Sometimes the screen gets off line so I have to turn it off and back on which is very frustrating. I do like the pictures it takes. I'm a teenager, so I love to text and I wanted an easy texting phone, but this is not it. This phone is great for a non-texter and someone who likes to plan. I would not recommnend it to my friends, but I would to my parents.
Pros: camera/video quality, Wi-Fi capable
Cons: small keys, very bad for texting
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I have had my INCITE for about 3 months now and I am in love with it! It has Windows mobile installed so expect it to function like a computer. Thats what everyone needs to remember! It is like a computer so if you are not good with computers then maybe this phone is not for you. If you are good with computers then it's a perfect match! At first, the screen is a little off but then you need to adjust it and it works perfectly. The camera takes clear pictures, unlike my last phone that took blurry and grainy pictures. Now, my favorite feature of all has to be the Wi-Fi capability. I just love that I can use the internet without being charged so much! I have to say that another great feature has to be that you can send things through Bluetooth. I love it! My parents wont pay for picture messaging so instead my friend turns on her bluetooth and I turn mine on too and we can transfer files. It's so easy! And no extra charge! By far this has been the best phone and I really couldn't ask for more. The phone at first sight looks bulky but it is just as thick as my last phone. This phone just takes a little getting used to exploration. The menus go on with so many options that there might be nothing this phone can't do! One thing I do not like though is that if you have a picture in your phone that is big and you want to make it your wallpaper, sometimes you might have to choose just a section of the picture whick gets on my nerves but it is tolerable. Definitely check this phone out! It will not disappoint!
Pros: camera/video quality, good for texting, menus, Wi-Fi capable, good memory
Cons: freezes, not many games
I would recommend this to a friend!

Here is the big thing I have discovered about this phone. If you don't like Windows or just are not very proficient with it, you will hate this phone. Battery life has not been a problem, I have managed 2 days without charging, as long as you just don't use it non-stop. The phone has never froze on me, and the touch screen has worked as well as could be expected. The wi-f- is great also. I do see a few points that others have made though. Mainly about the screen being hard to view in the sunlight and that sometimes it is a bit off when you try and select an option on the touch screen. On the same note I found it was easier for me to navigate when i decreased the font size. All in all I would purchase this phone, or recommend it to someone else.
this phone is amazing i love it and its so simple to use and everything,it has wifi so like when ever im anywhere i have free internet its better then the iphone in my opion the only thing that i dont like i how you cant have a song as a ringtone that would complete my phone
