A great pda!

The Incite is fantastic! I had read many reviews and I'll address a few of the issues that were brought up. One issue was the stylus has to be tethered and it dangles off the phone. I have found that I don't need the stylus at all. I have large fingers but I can accurately manipulate even the smallest icon/character. A second issue was the "keyboard" in panoramic mode being too large thus covering up most of what is being typed. The screen can be minimized so that more of what you are typing can be seen. Ultimately, the size of the keyboard is a benefit. A third issue was that it is difficult to see the screen outdoors because it is so shiny and reflective. I have found this to be true. Overall, this phone is essentially a laptop that can fit in your pocket. I have no complaints about the Incite and am pleased that I purchased it.
Pros: camera/video quality, ease of use, good for texting, menus, tools
I would recommend this to a friend!

Great Entry Phone

This is LG's first smartphone entry into the U.S. market. For basics, the phone features a full touchscreen, 3G capability, and uses Windows Mobile 6.1 as the operating system.
Pros: Has a great battery life. Of course, if you text all day or use 3G, it won't last quite as long. It's full 3G capable with WiFi capability that can be used instead of 3G (for those that don't want the data plan). Has a today screen which is fully customizable. It has a full QWERTY keyboard when viewed in panoramic mode. The camera quality is good for a 3 megapixel camera, and supports wide-view panoramic pictures. Has a 3mm headphone jack on the phone so you can turn your phone into an mp3 player. The phone features an accelerometer (like the iPhone) which flips the screen when the phone is turned sideways. It also features a proximity sensor, which disables the screen when the phone is held to the face.
Cons: The phone itself only comes with about 100 mb of memory for programs, media, etc. However, this phone can use a microSD card to expand the memory up to 32 GB, so it isn't really that big of a deal. The touchscreen is a resistive screen, which means it toggles based on force applied. It takes a while to get used to, but you'll eventually find it easy to use. Some onscreen buttons are small, but I've never had to use the stylus to use them. If it's a problem, you can easily use the corner of your fingernail. Texting with the full QWERTY keyboard is confused at first because the keyboard takes up most of the screen, leaving little room to see what you're actually typing.
Overall, it's a great phone that's in competition with the iPhone. The phone comes with a stylus, but is designed to be stylus-free. I'd recommend this phone to anyone who wants a great smartphone other than the iPhone. However, I don't recommend this phone for hardcore texters (see Cons)
I have had the phone almost a month, I love it but wish the battery lasted longer and it had a quicker response time. It's easy to use. I love the fact I can sync with my laptop Outlook Calendar. I travel a lot so keeping my calendar up to date is important. I have docx with me that I need in the Mobil Word and Excel.... Pictures of the family to share and my kids can text or email me several times a day. I love this phone and before purchasing it, compared it to the iPhone. I liked that this one had Word and Excel.... That's what put it over the top for me. It has frozen up 1 or 2 times, but I just turn it off and back on and everything is great again. Speaker could be louder & I wish the stylus was stored inside!
Pros: camera/video quality, durable, ease of use, games, good for texting, menus, speaker, Wi-Fi capable
Cons: battery life, freezes, software bugs, volume level, stylas should be stored inside

I've had this phone for a couple of months now, and I'm sad to say that it was a very big disapointment. There are just too many glitches on this phone. It did very well the first couple of weeks, but later on it froze up on a daily basis. It freezes up almost every time I attempt to reply to a text message (and I text a lot, so it's important for texting to work). I've dropped it once and it's majorly scratched, so durability is very poor. Also, even when you lock the phone and you hit the volume button on the side, it will make a very annoying beeping sound (this happens to me all the time since it's in my pocket) and I find it kind of pointless to even bother to lock your phone if its still goona mess with the volume button. However, the camera quality is just plain awesome. I take pictures on a daily basis and I've even stopped using my camera to use my phone's camera because the pictures are just amazing. The battery life does surprisingly well for how often I text. I need to charge it about every night or every other night (which is a lot better than my old phone which I had to charge every couple hours). But overall I was very disapointed with this phone, the cons simply outweight the pros.
Pros-This phone was not bulky, it was small and lite. The word recognition was great. Cons- The problem that I had was you had to press really hard on the screen in order for it to respond. The only other issues I had was that the response time when you rotate it was slow. Other than that the was is ok.
I've had my Incite for seven months. It has been pretty good except sometimes it will freeze to the point where holding the off button does not work and the only way to make it work again is to remove the battery. I do that multiple times a day. The texting is great, so is the wi-fi. I like being able to connect to my email and the internet wherever I am. I gave up on using the stylus after about a week and eventually stopped carrying it around because it is much more convienent to not have to whip out the stylus whenever I wanted to use my phone, and using my fingers works perfectly fine. The freezing is really annoying and is only getting worse, so I think after seven months it is time for a new phone.
Pros: good for texting, menus, Wi-Fi capable
Cons: battery life, freezes, software bugs
