Even with the font set as large as it would go it was still too small. Inconvenient that you have to carry the stylist attached to the phone as opposed to being built it. Screen freeze many times upon answering and you lose the call. I couldn’t get the ring downloads from the Windows Mobil web site. Volume controls were constantly an issue. Every time you put it in the case the stylist would change the volume settings and more dropped calls. Wifi was great! I was hoping this phone would be easy to use because of the windows but it was not. Disappointed, I returned the phone.
Pros: Wi-Fi capable
Cons: freezes, operating system, small keys, software bugs, volume level
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

looks nice , too many steps to get to the function you want, impossible to operate while driving. If using an automated system the screen closes after a few seconds, you may end call while trying to get screen back.
Yes, the phone is packed full of features and is Wi-Fi capable. For someone that likes more out of their phone than just the normal calling and texting, I thought the Incite would be perfect for me. How wrong I was.
This phone froze probably once a day on me, usually when I would receive a text and when I reset it, that text would get erased. The small keyboard was hard enough to text on at first, but then after having the phone for about 3 months, the touchscreen just started to go out on me. Either it wouldn't register the touch at all, or I would press one part of the screen and it would register on the other side. At times I couldn't even get the phone unlocked.
DO NOT GET THIS PHONE. If the touchscreen goes out on you like it did on me, it will be one of the most frustrating experiences for you. It makes even the simplest task, such as making a phone call, nearly impossible...and you can forget about browsing the internet through Wi-Fi or texting.
I have been having problems with this phone since I bought it. It is a beautiful phone and the style is very catching to the eye. The problems are that this phone freezes way too much. The screen is not very sensitive like the iPhone so one has to push many times for the phone to respond. The battery life is not good at all, so I have learned to keep my home charger with me at all times. I also bought a car charger. If one has larger hands, it is hard to text, so the stylus has to be used. If you want a phone that youc an rely on, choose a Blackberry. That is my next phone.
Pros: menus, Wi-Fi capable
Cons: battery life, freezes, small keys
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I enjoy this phone and would half heartily recommend it. It has some great options.
Its speaker phone is great, the best i have ever had. The volume is tremendous on speaker and on hand held.
But the phone does freeze up about once a week and you need to take the battery out and restart.
The other issue is the screen flips to quick when texting.
Pros: camera/video quality, durable, good for texting, speaker
Cons: freezes
I would recommend this to a friend!

This phone looks nice, but it is not user friendly. The on screen keyboard is to small. It also crashes a lot.
Im 15 Years Old. I Got This Phone Almost 5 Months Ago. And Ive Already Had 3 Replacments Phones. The Touch Screen is Horriable. It Freezes Up. Doesnt Respond To Finger Or Styleus. The Phone Is Just Dont A Good One. i Dont Recommend This Phone For Anyone
Key features for me: 802.11 WiFi works very well on the Incite Hardware GPS is very good at picking up satellites Stereo Bluetooth Easy to use touch keyboard
I spent quite some time researching the phones available from AT&T and had originally decided on the HTC Fuze. Then I spent an hour in the AT&T store playing with the various phones and the LG Incite jumped out as being the better phone. The screen is bigger, the on-screen keyboard on the Incite was actually easier to use than the hardware keyboard of the Fuze, and it generally feels better holding in your hand.
I have had the phone for a month now and here are my impressions:
Sound quality of the speaker is very good, the bluetooth interface maintains a solid connection to my other devices and the Wifi is very strong, often picking up more access points than my home wireless router does. The default Windows Mobile interface is a little hard to use with your fingers due to small buttons and menus. The phone does come with a stylus but there are a number of third party interfaces you can download to make it more finger friendly. I have tried 3 different ones and they all greatly improve the "touch friendliness" of the phone (which one you may choose depends on your preferences and needs) and it is now a finger friendly smartphone.
The stereo Bluetooth is nice. I have a lot of music on my phone for long drives. The phone connects wirelessly to the Bluetooth in my car and I can play my music through my car stereo, and the sound quality is great.
The phone comes loaded with some good apps such as XM Radio and Pandora, and you can download plenty more Windows Mobile apps to customize your phone.
One thing that was very important to me was the GPS, the Incite has a fast and accurate built-in GPS. I installed Google maps and the GPS places my location very close on the map, often to within just feet of where I am. And it tracks very precisely when I am on the move.
Syncing the phone to a Windows PC is pretty straightforward, I like the fact that I can create playlists in Windows Media Player and it will automatically sync my music with the phone. Syncing your contacts requires Outlook which I don't use so I am unable to sync those.
I do wish the screen was a little less shiny, it is hard to see in the daylight.
Overall once you get past the quirky interface this is a great phone! Not as glitlzy as the I-Phone but it has more useful features (for me) than the I-Phone does.
Pros: battery life, camera/video quality, durable, good for texting, speaker, Wi-Fi capable, stereo bluetooth
