The features of this phone are amazing, but most of them need internet connection. I like the fact that it has Microsoft Word, Exell, and Power Point. The batery life is not very good. The worst part about this phone though is the touch screen. You have to press really hard for the button to respond. The camera quality is very good.
I would recommend this to a friend!

every time i went to go click on an icon it would freeze. It never works. The touchscreen is horrible. Plus every icon on the home screen just disappeared.

This phone is the worst phone I've ever come in contact with. I purchased it for business and let's just say....... soooo disappointed. I'll stick to the iPhone. So complicated, just couldn't get the hang of it.
Pros: Wi-Fi capable
Cons: durability, freezes, operating system, poor navigation, small keys, software bugs, not easy to use

this phone is even better than the 3gs if u know how to use it u could customize this phone how ever u want like add better keyboards turn ur front display to desktop pc display n add the best mobile browser skyfire better than safari n add more features like tv,n more im happy with mine now after 6 month of having it .
Pros: battery life, camera/video quality, durable, games, good for texting, menus, speaker, tools, Wi-Fi capable

This phone is horrible. It freezes all the time. Whenever it freezes you have to take the battery out and when you do that, some of the texts and pictures got deleted every single time. I had to do this about twice a day. I got sick of it and just went back to my old phone.

The only good thing about this phone is the camera. when i take pictures of senic views they look awesome, but not until i get them on the computer becasuse u cant see the screen well in the bright daylight. most of the buttons to get to apps are way to small. have to keep my thumb nails long just to use the device. and it freezes way to often. it will even change settings on its own. i wouldn't buy it again!

Don't like it at all!

I have had this phone for about 4 months and I absolutely hate it. As a teenager this phone isn't good for me, it freezes all the time. I constantly have to restart it and that gets annoying.
I got this phone thinking it would be cool, and since I didn't want to pay the extra monthly charges for the Iphone, but turns out it is awful.
This phone also scratches super easily. The touch screen is pretty good until you decide to text, then that's where it pretty much decides to not work as well. It is also hard to see the screen outside and sometime even in the car.
All I have to say is I do not recommend this phone for anyway and especially high school students.

I Have the incite and I can say it is the worst phone I have ever had. The screen freezes or turns black leaving me unable to use it during the day, the only way I can is by removing the battery then turning the phone back on.
