I have had this phone for about 2 weeks now and really love it. At first wasn't sure because it was hard to click on the icons on the screen but I did my own screen alignment using my stylis instead of my fingers and now it works fine. In fact I like this phone better than my HTC tilt phone. I have installed some other programs on it that I had on my tilt and I am able to do more on the lg incite than before. I had it to freeze once but I haven't had a windows mobile phone that would't freeze up.
Pros: camera/video quality, durable, ease of use, good for texting, menus, speaker, Wi-Fi capable
Cons: battery life
I would recommend this to a friend!

Could Do Better

While I am not a text junkie or a frequent phone e-mailer, this phone was highly disappointing. From the first five minutes of having the phone I thought it was going to be very efficient and satisfying, but was surprised when it turned out to be neither. The finish is quite shiny and is a better mirror than the LG Shine. The messaging menu is horrible and the keyboards aren't very easy, as well.
Pros: camera/video quality, durable, menus
Cons: battery life, bulky/heavy, limited memory, operating system, keyboard

Stilus too loose, screen to sensitive-disconnects

I started thinking this was the perfect phone for me. I loved the stilus until it quit holding at the joint. Many times when I would ring a number somewhere between the dialing and moving up to my face it would disconnect without my handhold changing. I never could figure out what was happening or how to fix it. Loved the wi-fi. That's why I bought it. Battery life was always dying before I made it home on a trip and never lasting a two hour trip using navigator and a couple calls.

Cons: battery life, bulky/heavy, poor navigation, stilus extension loose, dissconnects on its on

I had this product for about a month. It is a good phone. THe only problems i had with it were it freezes quite often, and i like having an actual keyboard, but thats just my preference. Another thing wrong is the way you manouvor through things. its hard to find out how to do things... and it took a while to get to places. the other thing that i didn't like was that you were unable to change the txt message sound... but i think all LG's do that... But, if you are looking for a good phone, and don't mind a touch screen keyboard, this is a good phone all in all :D

this phone is really quite good, i love it best smartphone/pocket pc i have ever had, even though its a little slow sometimes its still worth it, the screen is not the best in direct sunlight but other than that i have a caller tune and ringtone for each one of my friends and family. everything about this phone is awesome i have had it for three months i and i still don't know everything about it! the battery life lasts me about three days without charging it! i really like the camera even though it is not like an 8 megapixel its still pretty good for the picture, and i love the wifi capability it woks better then my dads older laptop! everything about this phone is really cool!

Cons: freezes, software bugs

I thought this would be the greatest phone ever, I was so disappointed. It is easier to manually dial the numbers than to us the address book features. It freezes up often. Battery will not stay charged. Ringer goes to silent operation by itself and I have missed several calls. I hate it. Do not buy one. You will be totally disappointed.

do not get this phone

when i looked at it online it looked really nice and i really wanted it but once i had it for like a week i hated it, its so hard to text, it never clicks the right letter (or number when making a call) its hard to see the screen outside, its just not a easy phone to use AT ALL! it makes for a good mirror.
