Fairly buggy. But most are annoyances rather than killers. If they could tweak the software so that it would work consistently it would be the best phone deal out there. Be sure to back up personal data because you will probably be doing an occasional reset. Luckily it includes a nice backup utility.
Pros: battery life, Wi-Fi capable
Cons: freezes, software bugs

HORRIBLE

Extremely slow! Needs to be reset weekly. This phone is horrible. Upgraded from Treo, wish I hadn't. When you touch a button/screen, the phone is very slow to respond. Also, it requires a reset almost weekly. It just stops responding, won't sync, sometimes you must even remove the battery as it will not reset. Also, if you don't want internet, the phone will automatically connect when using various features, but it will not tell you it is connecting. This will result in huge phone bills and there is no way to prevent it from connecting. You must be very careful not to accidentally hit the wrong key. A total piece of junk.

the phone itself is great however the phone i was sent the software was bad had to get a new phone . the battery ,obiviously someone does not know anything about time because the battery does not last the time stated you will definitely need to charge it every day and probably sooner than that. the volume on it is a little low as well as the speaker phone too. i wish it had a flash like the blackberry so i could get a clearer picture during day or night. the functions on the phone are wonderful there is so much you can do with this phone . its not user friendly so you will need to read the mannual but once you read it the sky is the limit. the tutorial made it easy for me (online thru att) hope this helps

I had this phone for over 6mos now. It freezes so often it's a joke. Right now it cannot be accessed due to the keys not accepting my access code.

Buy this phone if you are looking for a great PDA/Touchscreen! It has awesome features! And they even lowered the price!

A good-phone

This is a stylish, and very unique phone. 6-days after my initial purchase i had problems, but it cleared up after i called the customer service number, and they told me what to do. Anyways, if you're trying to buy a phone for your kids or family member, this is the best one.
