Works ok on my new tile floors. Have to keep going over the dirt by the door to get it picked up.

I have always used one or the other of this type of powerless sweeper. The Bissell is great . The only problem after a few years of use is that the sides, which hold the revolving brushes - which you are advised to 'flex' to remove the brushes for cleaning, do eventually allow the brushes to come out of their bearings during use due to the 'self flexing' of the sides themsleves, so that the cleaner itself becomes useless due to this unwanted dislocation of the brushes. This could be avoided if the sides were strengthened sufficiently with, may be a thicker side with a 'ridge' of thicker molding along these edges to add 'anti-flex-strength' which would still allow you to remove the brushes but also help retain sufficient rigidity of the sides so that they retain their strength to keep the brushes in place over the life of the unit. Whatever , I will in fact be ordering the latest new unit from Bissell of these sweeping units. D.B.

I have own a sweeper before ( not Brissell) and I loved it. I am not happy with this one at all. The dirt doesn't go into a separate area to be dumped. As I sweep dirt is coming out of it, not getting my floor cleaned at all.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I had one of these years ago and I saw that Bissell still sold them I was very happy and now that I have it I am even happier. It saves time cleaning small messes on the floor and sweeping after we eat. Thank you for still making such a good product.

use this sweeper in place of my vacuum and does almost as good. easy to use, not too hard to store, rolls smoothly. the problem I see is the dirt container. It is a little tricky. On the whole, I give this sweeper 95% thumbs up.
I would recommend this to a friend!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] great for that quick clean of non-liquid dirt. does pet hair also but you have to pick it off the brush. No tangled cords. works on carpets or hard floors but you may want to run a dust mop afterward .
