This sweeper doesn't work at all. I am returning it, one day after purchasing it. Let me be clear: it doesn't pick up AT ALL. It doesn't just perform 'poorly' or 'okay,' it is completely useless. Shame on Bissell... don't they test these things before putting them out for sale?? And Bissell, please do not suggest I get another product for "heavier cleaning." All I was trying to do with this broom was sweep up some simple dirt. Shame.

I love my Brush Comb Sweeper. It's so easy to use and I can use it any time day or night and not bother my husband. Especially with 2 dogs who like to play tug-of-war with a rope which comes apart when they play. Which seems to be 20 minutes after vacuuming. It works great on our carpet and wood floors. Thanks for such a great product.

Really an outstanding little item for daily pick ups. Works really well on the rugs and carpet. Hard surfaces require a little downward pressure but still very easy to do. Its a perfect supplement to the regular weekly vacuuming.
