[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I like how convenient it is to store and use. But I do not like the fact that you cannot adjust how low you can put it down to use. I think it would height adjustable according the your carpet pile.

This product is made very cheaply.It does not pick up anything.I'm very surprised.I always trusted this brand for many years...I have purchased other Bissell products years ago. I need to get a refund since i'm not ever using it again. Thanks E.N.M.K.

The Natural Sweep is very handy for quick clean-ups. Naturally it doesn't "deep clean" like a vacuum, but works great on surface dirt and debris. It's easy to empty and takes little space to store.

A waste of money

I purchased this yesterday and took out of the box today. This is a handy light weight sweeper that is fine for picking up a minute amount of debris. I have a 5 x 8 carpet over a hardwood floor and a separate 11 ft x 3 foot runner in the living room. It picks up well but it spits out what it has taken up when I am l/3 done only 1 day after thorough vacuuming. It also is a total waste of money and effort with 1 or two pets. This sweeper has two full size brushes and corner brushes with 2 debris retainer trays measuring a capacity at almost 7 1/2 inches by just under 3 inches which is divided in 2 compartments, which have minimal debris retention. Also, the handle has already come of 2 x and bruised my hand on the pole with first use despite the fact that my husband securely attached it at assembly and after he reattached it. Really, not pleased at all with this product, which would not be a bargain at half the price. A nuisance to clean. I think there is a better sweeper with greater retention capacity that I will get if I can get a good portion of my $30 back. Can not return it to the store since it is now "used", a term I use with great exaggeration. It would be best and sufficient for someone in a moderate sized condo or apartment.

How long should brushes last

The natural sweep worked great for a while. Have had it for less then a year and brushes are worn already so it dont pick up as good.. Unhappy with the fact that replacement brushes will cost more then half the price of a new sweeper, So i really don't know if I would get another sweeper. It sure was quick n handy!

That shouldn't happen through normal use that quickly. This unit has a lifetime warranty so please refer to this warranty sheet on your unit http://www.bissell.com/downloadfile.aspx?id=9781

Great at picking stuff up. We used it everyday for a couple of months, but the rubber bumpers came off and then somehow the spring came off that keeps the garbage trap closed so every time we pick it up the garbage we just swept up goes all over the floor, so we have it taped closed. Tried to buy replacement parts, but they are not available so it was recommended that I purchase another. So much for a lifetime warranty. Not worth the money if it's only good for a couple of months
