we sent two of these sweepers to relatives and they love them they save there backs and will pick up almost everything.we use our to save on power because we are all solar with generator back up. it work real good for picking up dog hair. this is our third one in 12 years we also have our bissell power vac for bad clean up's ed from the mountains cold creek canyon Nevada

I use the Natural Sweep on my space rugs and it does a wonderful job. After using it my rugs are completely clean. Emptying the Natural Sweep is easy and quick.

Good for light cleans

I have a maine Coon cat and each time after I use this broom I have to remove her hair from the treads because otherwise it will get stuck and lock the roller. I have this problem with vaccuums and her fur too so I am used to it, but for fur a vacuum is better than this, especially for clumps and in large quantities. Good value for the price; I have had mine for a while.

Back Brush Problem

As I started using my NS, I noticed it pulled to the right and was hard to push. After examination, I found the back brush had fallen out of the side holes that the brush sits in. I put the brush back into the holes and thought the problem was fixed. But it is not, every time I use the NS I have to put the back brush back into the side holes. Which gets really old really quick. I contacted Bissell CS and they told me to take the NS to a service center for repair. For repair straight out of the box. Ok... I will take it and see if they can fix it. I don't think they will be able to because there is no obvious damage. I think it is a design issue. The back brush should be longer from side to side, so it sits in the side holes better. This would stop the back brush from falling out.
