Large burners, child lock, strong vent

This product has a very good temperature control features depending on the size of pot that is being used. It starts heating immediately and keeps the heat evenly distributed.
I had some challenges installing the vent assembly as there was an existing hole in the wall for the vent and the size of the plenum.

We are very pleased with this stove, installation was easy. The rear right burner seams to heat slower than the rest. Really like the bridge.

A unique product among downdraft cooktops

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] There are very few electric downdraft cooktops that are affordable and this is one of them. The product performs great but requires extra care to insure its surface is kept clean and does not get damaged by pots & pans or other utensils that might fall on it.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] You spend hours on hours of your weekends or days, combing through appliance stores, hardware stores, etc, looking for the best cooktop, only to find they really don't keep what you have or need. Trust me, this looks beautiful, and I sure couldn't find it in a store. I replaced a 30" downdraft with this 30" downdraft and couldn't be more pleased with the appearance, plus the many years to come cooking! Don't waste any more time, buy GE for fit, function, quality, and appearance.
