Am enjoying this cooktop

I was updating my kitchen in our Vacation Home and had another brand with a downdraft cook top. I love the solid surface for ease of cleaning and hope it stays looking great. That's my only worry but so far so good!

Can't clean

The top is almost impossible to keep clean. After washing it off, there remain streaks from the cloth, even after using a second dry cloth to dry.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Easy to clean!

This replaced a very old high end downdraft cooktop and it fit perfectly into the old spot. I love all the features and sizes of the burners. It is much easier to clean than the older model I had. After it cools off, I just use a soapy dish cloth to get most of the mess off, then I use the glass cook top cleaner as directed. It takes just minutes. If there is a hard textured burn or spill, then I first use a razor blade to scrape off the spill, then I use the glass cook top cleaner. The only disadvantage is that its hard to read the settings on each knob. I have to get out my reading glasses for that.

We are really enjoying the new stove top - love the multiple burner capabilities - front burner can be used as small or large burner and then the left side can be extended for large pans - great for making gravy from roasting pan dripings

I bought this stove in January 2015 and so far its worked very well. The only thing I wish was different is if it wasn't so difficult so keep spanking clean and shiny. The finish is very shiny and it's not easy to clean and keep all the streaks off. I've enjoyed using it though.

Good cooking surface

This was purchased at the request of my spouse. The only criticism is the grade that covers the exhaust! It is poorly designed and those not fit well.
