Difficult to keep clean

This cooktop always looks smudgy so my kitchen always looks dirty. Very, very difficult to keep it looking clean and nice. EVERY time it is used you are required to use a lot of time with ceramic cooktop cleaner to keep wiping & wiping to get smudges out.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

It arrived within a few days after we ordered and my husband did the installation without any problems. He does most of the cooking so he likes the cooking features and this surface makes cleanup a breeze for me.

We bought this a few months ago. It was the only cooktop that would fit our space without major remodling. Our previous cooktop was also a downdraft, which I really like. The quick heating element is great, the bridge cooking option is very helpful and from a cooking point of view, we love it. The only negative is I feel like I am cleaning it all the time. And, its a bit hard to clean around the knobs. Yes, you can take them off, but for dailing cleaning, it's annoying.
