Be prepared to experience malfunction of the off-on switch near end of warranty. Company will replace handle so long as warranty is in effect. However, replacement handle will only be warranted until end of warranty period of handle being replaced. This is unfortunate because cost of product is that of an investment.
Pros: excellent cleaning.
Cons: handle will have to be replaced at end of warranty

I love this toothbrush, the only gripe I have is this: if the blue indicators on the brush heads are accurate, my toothbrush heads seem to only be good for like a month and a half, I still use them for longer but notice the blue indicator disappears fairly quickly, but the toothbrush is fantastic
I would recommend this to a friend!

The toothbrush motor is very loud especially when the plastic part of the brush head touches a tooth. The toothbrush overall does a great job but just takes some getting used to.
Pros: cleans well
Cons: very loud!

Love, love, love this Phillips product! My mouth feels so clean and refreshed after brushing. Looking forward to my visit with the dentist to check out the state of my gums after using the product for two months. The absolute best electric toothbrush I have ever owned!
