Comfortable feel and Performance

Use indicator nice concept, as is recommendation to replace every 3 months, however product does not last more than a month before reaching the "replacement indicator line."
Performs quite well, just wears too quickly even following strictly manufacturer's usage guidelines.

Needs color ring

Honest - not tried brush yet. First thing - if you share the battery unit with two brush heads (his & hers) - whose is who's! It does not appear you can put the color ring on the Diamond OR the Intercare brushes. Well already paid for... the plastic does not hold permanent marker - so let's try nail polish.
Phillips - you swung for the upper deck, years of practice, expert technique, you step up to the mound and swing..... STRIKE! Helps if you have the bat in your hands.

The brushes go with the brush that is supposed to do fantastic things to your teeth. I don't really see that the claims are valid. The cost of replacement brushes is way too high after already spending so much money on the brush itself. Brushes should be provided free for life.

Philips sells products that I have used for years and have been very pleased with; however this year I purchased my second sonicare toothbrush in an alternate color and have recently discovered that Philips has never made the replacement heads in that color amytheist. It would seem that ANY responsible consumer product company wanting to maintain good customer relations would write a disclaimer about that deficiency.

this brush head has too severe bristles

This diamondclean head cuts into my gums. The bristles are too harsh. I suggest you list on your sales info that this bristle is very sharp.
Cons: not for sensitive gums

I was asked awhile ago to write an honest review of their product but it was rejected because Phillips did not like my honest review so when I was asked again to write an honest review, I figured what a better way to write one than to give statements and again leaving it to the honest judges to decide if this should be posted. I think that every recommendation listed on this page are valid and judge that the Sonic toothbrushes are the absolute best fitting brush for their product as the outstanding product of the year. I absolutely love how I have to replace the brushes every 3 months so I can have plaque reduced teeth at a cost that is unspeakable due to submission guidelines.
Pros: only works with phillips brushes
Cons: unspeakable issues due to submission guidelines.

I noticed a big difference in th cleanliness of my teeth the first time I used this product *BUT* I never typically brush my teeth as long as this product calls for either. Either way my teeth felt much smoother and cleaner. The only complaint I have is that the price of the brush heads don't really have a place in my families budget. They're just too expensive and had I researched that part before hand I would not have made the initial purchase. It works great but the maaintenance costs isn't worth it...for me.
Pros: works great can definitely tell a difference.
Cons: brush heads are too expensive for my budget
