Best Toothbrush EVER!!!

I have been using Sonicare products for years and the DiamondCare is by far the best toothbrush ever. After each use my teeth feel as if I was just cleaned by the dental hygienist. It is amazing.
Pros: vigorous enough for even tough cleaning.
Cons: there is no pause button.

First of many toothbrushes I will own.

Starting off this review,
I would just like to say that this was the very first electric toothbrush I have purchased. I bought this toothbrush because I was unhappy with my oral health and felt like I needed more than just a regular boring toothbrush.
After talking to my dentist, they recommend I try out this exact model toothbrush. I did NOT regret that choice one bit. I really do LOVE my Sonicare DiamondClean toothbrush. The fact that it has five different brushing modes I can choose depending on how I am feeling is just the start of how cool this thing is. My toothbrush came with a fancy toothbrush cup that hooks up to the induction charger I was also provided--no messy cables or anything! Along with that I also received three brush heads with caps and a matching color carrying case.
One thing I really like about this toothbrush is that it makes my teeth feel really clean, something I would never feel from brushing with a regular manual toothbrush. After using this toothbrush for two weeks I noticed that my teeth began to look whiter and brighter. This product gave me newfound confidence in my smile. I could not have asked for a better toothbrush.
Thank you, Sonicare.
**If anyone is interested in the color I purchased, it was the Rose Gold model.

Densely packed bristles = toothpaste buildup

I am a long-time Philips Sonicare user. The DiamondClean model is the fourth I've owned. While the DiamondClean brush cleans teeth effectively, I find it less desirable than my older model Sonicare brushes. It is not as gentle on my gums (sensitive teeth and slight gum recession) compared to other models I have used. Also, the design of this brush allows old toothpaste and gunk to accumulate deep in the bristles. There isn't enough space between the bristles to effectively rinse them thoroughly at the end of each brushing session. The accumulation is unsightly and probably not very hygienic. I have never run into this problem with any of the older models of Sonicare I used, or with manual toothbrushes. While the brush size is noted as "standard", it feels more like the size they used to call "compact" with my older models of Sonicare. I prefer the larger size brushes and older designs.
Pros: cleans teeth nicely
Cons: toothpaste buildup at base of bristles, may be harsh on some sensitive teeth/gums, "standard" feels like "compact" size

Diamond Clean Brushheads are terrible

The recent batch of brush heads I bought from Sonicare are terrible. They don't clean at all. A manual brush will do a better job.

Tooth knocking brush.

This is the only head for a Philips DiamondClean top-of-the-line brush. I have no complaints except for one major flaw. The brush head is made out of hard plastic only. No soft rubber backing. Every time the brush back contacts your teeth, it buzzes your whole head. Very irritating.
Other than that, it works perfectly well, even if the cost is excessive. If cost was a great concern, you would have bought a different brush anyhow...
Pros: works great. small and easy to maneuver.
Cons: the hard back buzzes the devil out of your teeth.

my teeth and gums feel like I came from the denttist. The replacement brushes are extremly over priced. Should lower the price if you are reccomending changing every three months. A family of five it gets to be expensive
Pros: cleans like the dentist feeling
Cons: cost of replacements way to espensive
