Best Gift Ever

This is an amazing printer/copier/fax/scanner. It is serving me extremely well. I previously had a Brother that was b/w only and had fewer capabilities. Would not have exchanged it as the quality was excellent. However, this gift can't be beat.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Disappointment

Looked good on Amazon and the price was great, but we've had too many problems with the printer dropping off the network, having to reinstall the drivers/etc multiple times, and the ink ran out very quickly. We're a technology company and it was difficult for us. My advice would be to upgrade to a nicer model or a different brand altogether.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I've gone through 2 HP and 1 Cannon printers and so far I've been impressed by my Brother printer.
I always thought of Brother as a sewing machine company. I took a chance on this brand as I was so disappointed in my last three purchases.

The printer is less then two months old and this very morning it will not trun ON.

Challenges at every turn

Both my husband and I have had frustrating problems when trying to print from both computers and mobile devices. It only prints wirelessly half the time. The document feeder won't work to scan or copy.
The positives: when it does print, the quality is very good. The digital interface is nice. The scanner does a nice job for pictures.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
