My only complaints with the printer are the set up, not as easy as I expected, and no visibility on the paper in the tray.

The duplex printing capability is great. I've only had the machine a couple of months. I hope it lasts 15 years like the HP this machine replaced.

I find the 1 sided (and 2 sided) to 2 sided copies difficult to set up. Also, it is disappointing that this cannot be done with the document feeder. It requires manual placement on the copier glass plate and of course then manual turning of the original. I just learned this a week ago with my first attempt to make 2 sided copies. I've owned the machine about 6 months and haven't come close to trying out all of its features. One other thing I haven't figured out is how to add a change in print quality to other options. But for basic every day printing and copying it does a good job.

To be able to print on sizes up to and including Tabloid (11" x 17") in a small footprint printer is incredible! The print quality is good. The scan software that comes with the printer is terrible. I am comparing the software to what comes with the MFC-J6520DW. The other major disappointment is the print speed. It was extremely slow. I have worked with other Multi-function printers from HP, Cannon, and Epson and they all well exceeded the speed in which this printer prints a simple, non-graphic, text page

Very good printer

I had not used all the options on this yet. So far scan, coy and print works great. The app for androids is ok, the only thing is it is a little slow compared to a paid app by another maker.

We got this printer about 2 months ago. It paired easily to our home wireless, which was a really important feature for us. The quality seems very good and it is easy to use.

Navigation is confusing and not at all user-friendly. When I called Brother Tech Support they were unable to help. Very disappointed.
