No problem setting the printer up. Scan and print functions work very well -- both via wireless connection to my computer.

Not a good experience!

This printer fell short of meeting our needs. We had a terrible time getting it to work and once we did, found it to be really bad at printing photos as all the colors were washed out. Yes, we tried many types of paper and used the "Best Quality" setting. It's possible I couldn't figure out how to make this work, but I stopped trying once I realized I was going to return the item. But, I couldn't get it to print both USB & Blu Tooth. You had to pick one or the other.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

easy, quick setup

I was pleasently supprised at the amount of the setup process that was done by the software that came with the printer. Printing is much faster and ink seems to last much longer. I teach a class for men and frequently print 12 or more copies of documents of 4 to 15 pages and printing cost are supprisingly less than any of my previous printers. My only concern is that it takes longer to process the print request before printing

Easy to install on PC and Mac

Got this printer installed twice--the week after I installed it first, my router packed up, and the new one made me change the address of the printer. I had trouble with the first scans I did. I called tech support. The document feeder makes the stack of papers drape over something--but if you get it to where it says originals loaded, you're good. The printer is 1/2 the weight and 2/3 the size of the one it replaces, and cost less

I just bought this printer and the only time it works is if I unplug it and plug it back in. Then in about 3-5 minutes it is dead again. I've had it about a week and I'm going to return it. Very frustrated.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Excellent Printer

Very happy with the printers operation so far. There are two issues that keeps me from giving it a 5 Star rating . . one being the software program. It is slow to start and rather difficult to operate, having to open 2 or 3 windows to print or scan. the other is printer is noisy will spooling to print, otherwise is very quiet.
I would recommend this to a friend!
