After buying many cheaper name brand printers and not being satisfied, I decided to finally buy a Brother. I am very happy with my purchase and will never go back!

LOVE THE FEATURES

This is a household of all senior citizen who are not techy. We am happy with all of the features; my problem was connecting to our home network. UGH!!!! We are a Mac household of one iMac, 1 MacBook Pro and 1 MacBook. I followed the skimpy directions to connect it wirelessly. I went on line and contacted Brother for more assistance. Everything was fine for 2 days then on all devices we got the message the printer was not connected. So I started over, this time using a USB cord to connect it to the network. Everything was fine for 3 days and then we got the message that the printer was not connected. After 4 more attempts I gave up and called the Geek Squad. It took 2 weeks to get someone out. He was here about 20 minutes. Everything was fine for 3 days and then we got the message that the printer was not connected. I thought of returning the printer. But I called the Geek Squad explained that apparently my issue wasn't resolved on their 1st visit. So I had to wait another week for a tech. He was here for about an hour, he said he found what the issues were and he checked all three Mac devices to make sure we could all print. That was a day ago, so hopefully, we are finally up and running.

There's nothing this Brother printer can't do. It's feature are consistent - and that means a lot!

When I print out a multiple page article, the first page comes out first so when I'am finished I have to sort through the pages to arrange then in page order.

wont connect wireless

The printer worked fine for awhile then suddenly stopped connecting to the internet. I have uninstalled and reinstalled multiple times, I am very disappointed and would not buy again

Downloaded drivers and while it would print from my iPads and iPhones, never got it to work with my desk top (Windows 10 on a brand new computer) - my primary source for printing. From my experience, I can't say whether I would recommend this printer as I returned it.
