I was very pleased with my new Brother printer, copier and scanner. It was easy to hook up and I was able to start using it immediately. It is great that it can print on both sides of the paper which saves paper for me. I am glad I made this purchase.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The printer seems to work great. I always had inkjets printers and had nothing but clogged nozzles. So far I have not had that problem. This has relieved me of a lot of frustration.

Brother Printer - No More Countless Ink Cartridges

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] THANK you Brother for my great printer, and for your great Customer Service when I desperately needed help; your technical support team was there for my family and I when we had set-up questions as New Users. The most significant feature that I LOVE about my Brother Printer is the professional quality of the print copies; this is extremely important when I have to mail important correspondence to a government agency or regarding educational projects as a homeschooling parent. Also, my printer saves me money because I am not buying little ink cartridges over and over again. I have saved a lot of money on print cartridges with my Brother Printer because the toner cartridges last so long. My Brother Printer was a Great Purchase, and I will trust the Brother Brand when I purchase a color printer in the near future.

I like this MFP, it allows usb and network printing at the same time plus scanning over the network. I have over 30 brother printers in operation now and really like them. I only give this unit 3 stars because of the lack of toner yield. High yield toner still is only in th mid 2000 prints.
So it scores an average star rating only because of small print yield. If they could do 6000 to 8000 on this unit, it would be a 5+ rating.
I would recommend this to a friend!
