Good Replacement

I replaced my old reliable Brother with this model. I am still having some problems getting the wireless functions to work, but the printing is quick and perfect. It is silent on stand-by, but somewhat noisier than my old one when working, which is a very minor consideration. All things considered, I am very pleased with this purchase.
I would recommend this to a friend!

I have to turn it off and on at least three times to get anything to print. Also I never could it to scan. I am very disappointed.

Envelope printing ridiculous

When printing envelopes you feed them in the front of the machine, problem is that they come out the back. If the machine is set on a table next to a wall it is almost impossible to print envelopes. I do not recommend buying this machine if you intend to print envelopes. A real let down

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] What I love most about Brother is these machines last a Long, LONG time before they’ll need to be replaced. By a long time I mean atleast 10 years!

A great machine for home use. The only problem I have had is that the feeder system gives an error message. I have done everything to get it working but to no avail. The flatbed works well but becomes a pain when say you have six documents to scan and then each has to be done individually.

For the price the printing speed and quality is quite good, as is the scanning/copying. The only drawback I've come across is that the touch screen isn't very touchy. I find myself having to press... and press... and press again, before it will do what I want to do.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Duplex Printing, Wireless, Modify Fax Cover Pages, Receive Faxes as PDF's to my Computer save ink and time from scanning.
