LOVE THESE AND THEY WOULD BE A GREAT GIFT.
I love running, and I am training for a half marathon right now, and these help so much. All the other pairs that I looked at were more expensive than these. They fit my tiny ankles, and even if someone isn't very active, they can put them on and go for a walk. I would recommend giving these as a gift to anyone, and everyone.

This is a great set of weights. I use them for exercise around the house and doing stretches each morning. Great price compared to similar products I saw in stores.

Very easy to add remove weights to adjust up or down as you progress with rehab. Seem to be comfortable and easy to use. Materials seem to be of durable quality.

These are 10-pound total weight-5 per ankle.I have had several different types of ankle weights over the years and I really like these the best. They are made of a smooth canvas material vs. vinyl or plastic so they are comfortable even against bare skin. The material appears to be very durable and the velcro strap is sewn well at each end and between each individual weight. I love the fact that there is a zipper that gives you access to the 5 weights, so you can remove some if needed as I did when rehabbing my knee. The individual weights are also covered in a strong material and well sewn so you won't have any leaks. all in all a great value for a solid product.

The weights are okay! I like that each strap has 5 compartments with weights inside - you can adjust the weight balance. The thing is that the compartments are not even for some reason, so sometimes it is really difficult to put the weights back inside. They do their job well! The material is of a relatively good quality. I would say they are a little bit pricey, but with comparison to other similar products, it is really not a bad deal at all!

I gave “Durability” 5- stars. I’ve only hade the weights about 4 weeks but theses seem to be well made, therefore I don’t see them falling apart anytime soon.

These ankle weights are great. They are bulky so i wouldn't recommend for running. Being that they slide down a lot. However, they are great for stationary workouts like leg raises. Which is what i wanted them for anyhow. You can adjust the weight by taking one of the pouches out which is great.
