I got these to go with my workout videos and i must say they are awesome!. They slide a little bit off my ankles but that is only because i have very small ankles so i don't think that should be a problem for the average person. I started off with half the weight and slowly added more weight. One of my favorite things about these ankle weights is that you can adjust how much weight to put!

I got these to while after my two knee replacements to strengthen my muscles around my knees and strengthen my leg muscles. I use strengthen arms and upper body as well. They good to has to keep your body toned!!!

works great even on an 8inch ankle only slides a bit. The Velcro straps are tough to separate for the first month but better that than fall off. edges are smooth and zippered access to remove weights is sleek and does not catch. Well made..

I love running, and I am training for a half marathon right now, and these help so much. All the other pairs that I looked at were more expensive than these. They fit my tiny ankles, and even if someone isn't very active, they can put them on and go for a walk. I would recommend giving these as a gift to anyone, and everyone.

These are just what I needed. They are very durable. The large size they are is helpful to me because I link them together and use them around my waist for some of my workouts. If you want, easy to put weight in or take out.

I bought these to warm up my shoulders with before lifting weights. Slip them on my wrists and do shoulder warm up exercises with them before going on to heavier dumbbell weights. These are super fine.
