Fan Issues

I need a new cooling fan. Came back put into fan still very loud. Problem is cooling fan rubs against metal bracket info the cooktop. Engineering flaw. Fixed temporarily by shimming the top with metal washers. Waiting to here how to really fix it.

Mjawge, I am dismayed to hear your concerns were not resolved, and the sound has returned. This is not the experience we anticipate out consumers having. Although we place a great deal of emphasis on quality control, there are occasions when even the best products may malfunction. Please call them directly and let them know the sound has come back, and the matter was not resolved. First-time induction range

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Disappointed in the range-top induction large burner. Had to call service. They said large pans/skillet won't work on large burner because of the design of induction properties on the bottom of the pans and how they work with the burner. All induction cookware I had worked fine on the free-standing NuWave induction cooktop I had for years. Control panel sticks out in front of range and need to bend to reach back burners and occasionally engage burner controls. Not crazy about air blowing out at you in front of the range.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I'm in LOVE with this stove!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've owned the stove for about 3 weeks and I couldn't be happier with the induction cooktop! It responds like gas, but no flame or messy grates to clean! In my previous home I owned a more expensive induction stove and I am really impressed with the Frigidaire for the difference in price! Almost a $900 savings from my previous stove.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Bought 3 months ago. Cooks faster with the induction top. Much easier to keep the top clean. Love the pre heat oven feature. Love how top overlaps counter top and prevents food from leaking down sides of oven.

New Era of Cooking

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Really like the features of the oven like the quick preheat and optional convection cooking. It is a super appliance! However we did not realize our Revere Ware pots and pans, our canner and new sea food cooker could not be used because they are not magnetic metal. This should have been made more obvious to the consumer by the sales person and /or Frigidaire! Still we feel the stove top is a safer alternative and it is a much more efficient unit than our last one. Maybe Frigidaire could come out with their own pressure cooker/ canner that would be induction friendly as the choices are quit limited.
