Loud fan. Very loud. Oven racks rattle from fan.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Bought end of 2016. Loved the working unit on display. Our unit has been serviced twice. The induction-approved pots and pans were not providing uniform heating speeds. Turns out we needed to upgrade to cast iron. We did. That fixed one issue. The next issue is a very loud cooling fan that resides below the stove and above the oven. The fan is so loud the oven racks RATTLE! That issue remains after a second service call. Giving up and will toss out this stove after Q2 bonus from work. If I was deaf then 5 stars but luckily am not so 2 stars.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Fast & convenient, but a little loud

Can't complain about how quickly it'll boil a pot of water or how precise the temperature control is -- induction definitely feels like the future. Plus, having 3 small kids, the safety of induction provides peace of mind.
My only complaint is the noise it makes. Both the stove top and the oven seem to have fans that run while you're using them, and even when you're done (I guess to keep the electronics cool or something?). Certainly unexpected coming from a conventional electric stove top and oven, which were basically silent.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Great induction range

I like induction, it is better than regular hot surface electric smooth top, cook faster, more controllable. I like convection stove and temperature probe feature, which stop the stove automatically when temperature reach the desired number. The only thing I don't like is the fan noise.

Sporadic loud rattle offsets cooking enjoyment

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The range was installed a month ago and after 5 repair attempts, it still rattles. Now they've ordered additional parts and will try again in 7-10 days. We're using it but it's in the island and you can not hear over the noise.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Third one was the charm

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I ordered my stove in June, 2017. There was a back order situation so we had to wait for it. When it was delivered, the door was dented. The company let us keep the damaged one until they could get a replacement sent. That took several weeks. The new stove was delivered and it, too, was dented. We received our third stove in early September and it was good. As for the stove itself, it is terrific. The induction cook top is really outstanding and the oven is top-notch as well. It took a while but we are very satisfied with the appliance.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Induction is great

I installed this unit October 2015 and my wife couldn't be happier. It does take a little getting used to though because it heats so fast. We also are new to convection oven but happy with that too. The only small problem is the plastic frame around the controls that if you drag a hot pan across the edge of it the black paint comes off. If you do not have induction cookware it is not that expensive unless you just like spending money.

We bought this stove about a month ago, but because of our ongoing remodeling, were only able to use it for 3 days! It works fine! Heating very quickly without heating up all of creation! The only change I would have made to the design of this stove is to redirect exhaust from blowing into me to somewhere at the back of the stove and up.

Controlled speed

I have used this great new stove for just over a month, and I love it! The induction feature for the burners is fast but controlled. I can go from boil to simmer with just a turn of a knob. Nothing boils over, and most of my cookware works on it. The oven is spacious, and I find it to be quick to warm up and accurate with temperature. I have only used the convection feature once, so I cannot really critique that. The looks of it draws admiring comments from my friends.
The only negative is that the cooktop must sit above the counter rather than sit on it as my previous smooth top did. It attracts dust as well, rather like a television! The one I replaced lasted twenty-five years. I hope this one lasts as long.
