Replacement Band Not Available

The watch is still ticking, but the band broke over a year ago, and there are no replacement bands available anywhere. So the watch is now useless. Very odd that Timex does not produce a replacement band.

no manual?

I have searched the Timex website. I have downloaded several manuals that are supposedly the right one. they aren't! I downloaded one in a link that was given in a review of the watch and it wasn't the right one. There are tons of complaints about not having directions! I should have looked here before I ordered it from Amazon. It just arrived today, and I don't know what to do with it. I have loved ironman watches in the past - not so sure about this one now if I can't even figure out how to set the time and day and date! It is the Ironman Essential 10 Mid-size T5K523 9J doesn't show up in your search - or anywhere here! nor does essential 10.

Fit for purpose

The watch functionalities are fine but after wearing it everyday, the strap has snapped. Surprising of its meant to be a high performance watch. Were can I get a strap replacement as there doesn't seem to be one on your website

Don't get the white one!!

I have only had this watch for 2 months and the band is disgusting! It started picking up color from my clothes the first day I wore it and has only gotten worse. I expected it to get dingy at some point just because that's what white does but not to the point it has I only two months.

love the watch dislike the color it is now

I have had this watch for a few months and it was white. It is not a discolored tan. I have tried everything I could think of to get it back to the white color including the magic eraser. it has not worked. I am disappointed in that. I Do like the watch itself I just hold have picked a different color that would remain true to the color shade

Doesn’t last

I like everything about this watch (shape, color, water resistant etc) however it DOES NOT last. This is the second one I’ve purchased in a year, and water has gotten under the casing. I’m not doing anything particularly aggressive to it, just wearing it to swim laps. I’m also not pushing the buttons underwater, which I heard can allow water in. The watch is just cheaply made.
