LOVE THIS TV!!!

Our family just bought this TV few months ago and we LOVE IT!!!! The quality is just FANTASTIC! We also love the fact that it's SMART TV, so we can watch Netflix and hulu and other online streamings. I also love the look of it too. We had one of those older TV and finally got a new one and it's slim and sleek looking, perfect for the family room. We bought it on Bestbuy and they actually did price match for us. We wanted to buy the bigger one but we couldn't b/c we have it mounted on top of our fire place. So far, we are very pleasent with our purchase and I would highly recommend it!!!!

I absolutely love this TV. The Magic Remote makes surfing and logging in sites much easier.

Beautiful Picture, Too Smart For Us Old Folks

We purchased this 55" model for its beautiful picture and its on-board computer. The picture was outstanding but we discovered the computer capability did not meet our needs which was to stream online basketball games. For example, we found that it was not compatible with ESPN3. The operating system was foreign to us, i.e. not a Windows-driven operating system that we are used to...no scroll bar, no hand pointing to active links, etc. It was also very slow in carrying out commands. Seemed to be underpowered for the screen plus web browsing function. Finally, the itty bitty keyboard on the back of the remote control was WAY too small for our fingers plus the arrow cursor kept disappearing after a few seconds which we found annoying. We never did try out the 3D function. We took the TV back and purchased a lesser LG TV to which we will attach our own Windows-driven computer.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Smart, 3D, Google TV, who could want for more?

This is absolutely the best television that I could find for the price anywhere. It has everything that I wanted in a television and more. I researched televisions for quite a while before I settled on this one and I am glad I did. The 3D is superb and as good as the theater. The Read D 3D glasses from the theater work for this TV as well. It came with four sets of glasses and we now have eight pair just from going to see a 3D movie at the local theater. There are too many positive features to list here. Let's just suffice it to say that picture quality, Smart features, and 3D all all they promised they would be and more.
