I like the Storage and French doors

The refrigerator works excellent, it is quiet and it has good access to all areas. The only features that might be improved are:1.) The right french door could be made easier to open.2.) The freezer would be better if it had a drawer design to help hold the cold in when opened.

Love my new refridgerator. I can see everything quickly, it's easy to clean. Like the nice cold filtered water inside the door. Freezer holds a lot. Also, it was easy to connect the water line for ice and filtered water to the sink. Black is a great color for this appliance also, it is always clean with a quick swipe of a cloth.

Plastic parts should be made stronger so they don't break from normal use. Don't like having to open both doors to get to bottom drawer (should be 2 sections). Doors don't shut tight easily.Positives: keeps food cold, fairly quiet. Icemaker works well. storage in doors is well designed.

Good Replacement

Enjoying the wide space of this French door model. We definitely love the Stainless look in our kitchen. Two minor flaws if you can call them that: Loud water filling of ice maker (caught off guard can cause you jump) and odd placement of temperature control at front middle of top shelf makes it difficult to maneuver tall items around (items need to be removed to be able to pull out others so as not to tip them over to get them out).

possible design flaw!

The Whirlpool French door refrigerator seems to be a very good product and has many useful and good features. The only problem is with the freezer door and inner sliding shelf. The problem which we have encountered several times, is if you close the main freezer door without first closing the inner shelf it will over freeze.( excessive frost )Restated the inner shelf must be pushed in first, the close the main freezer door. You will have problems if you use the main door to close the sliding shelf.
