Excellent Big HDTV, poor info/support

I really like the picture and product but have real problems with lack of manual information. The whole Smart TV process is badly organized and difficult to use. There is no single place to get set up information for the product. I was very disappointed with this but loved the price and the physical product.

Picture Beautiful...Smart Feature Not So Much

This 60" plasma TV is beautiful, and a good replacement for our 4 year old 50" TV that was also plasma. With all of the feature/adjustments built into this product the viewing experience absolutly will please everyone. The only problem is the Smart TV function that reacts with our cable company signal in a negative way. After much testing and replacement of all of the cable wiring, set top boxes, and splitters the problem still exists. This is a cable error code, and picture becomes a black screen. Resetting the error code works and all is well for one hour until the same problem occurs. We deactivated the Smart TV feature and connected our Roku and the error problem stopped. We lost the browser but "it is what it is".

Maybe the Best in Performance to Price Ratio

Setup for this TV is very easy. The Wizard II was really easy to use when fine tuning the picture quality to my taste, making the colors and image more sharp and vibrant with color. The picture quality really impressed me with this since it was fairly low priced compared to other 60in televisions on the market.
What surprised me was It was a smart tv with Built in wifi. That alone made the tv worth it was a viewing device.
One problem is the availability of the pentouch pen being next to none. I was looking forward to using the tv as a presentation aid when having meetings at my house. There was only one vendor online I found selling the pentouch and it seemed like it was on indefinite backorder.

I previously had an 52" LG Plasma TV for 5 years and loved it, but my ex got it in the divorce. Now the price compared to quality and features have come down so much, I paid a third for this TV of what I did for my first one. I love it. The picture quality is great, the apps, internet connection, etc. is outstanding. I have only one con: The sound quality is poor compared to the other, but hey...It was an excuse to purchase an LG soundbar with wireless subwoofer to go along with the TV and the sound is amazing. Turn off the lights and you feel like you are in a movie theater!

Bought this for my bonus room and it fits nicely as long as you wont have any direct sunlight making contact with your screen then the picture is outstanding. Incredible sports tv, gaming, movies etc etc its an all around great purchase! Plus its a smart tv so it has all your apps which is another positive.
