Glad I chose it

I wanted to go wireless and decided to go with the Canon. After several weeks of use, the printer has worked as well as I had hoped and actually better than expected. I would recommend this photo printer to anyone I know.
Pros: Compact Design, Lightweight/Portable, Easy Setup, easy to use, fast print speed, Sharp Tones & Colors

Great All-in-one Printer

I needed an all in one printer. This printer prints photos excellent, printer, copier and scanner is great also. I like this printer a lot and will be doing a lot of photo printing. Leave it to canon to build something great.
Pros: durable, Easy Setup, easy to use, reliable, Sharp Tones & Colors
Cons: no faxing option

Drinks Ink

I love Canon printers and have owned nothing else. This printer has a lot of features for the price. The only beef that I have with the printer is it DRINKS INK! The ink useage is horrible.
Pros: Sharp Tones & Colors, fast print speed
Cons: High Ink Consumption
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Fantastic Printer

A great bang for the buck! The set-up couldn't have been more easy. The instructions were easy to follow and it connected to my wireless network without a problem. I can print from anywhere in my house without ever having to connect to my laptop. The MP620 prints superior pictures with remarkably vivid colors. It warms up and prints quickly. I love that it has individual ink tanks so you know you aren't wasting ink when it comes time to change. Overall, this product is not one to be missed!
Pros: Easy Setup, easy to use, reliable

Beautiful Pictures

I am very happy with the MP620. I like to print my photos am love the vivid colors this printers produces. They look better than what I was getting when I sent the pictures out to a developer. Very easy to use and the ink lasts a long time. I tried a different paper than Canon and the photo did not turn out well. So I stick with the Canon paper and I can't complain. I will buy another Canon printer when this one gives out.

Cons: Heavy/Bulky

Too Much Ink Bad Pics

I purchased this low cost printer to replace my old i450 Canon Printer. The amount of money I saved in buying this computer is already spent on the ink it requires to print an occasional brochure and/or online receipt. I would describe my usage as low to medium printing and so the high ink consumption was a big surprise.
On top of that, the ink is expensive; more than the ink for the i450.
My attempts to print pics has resulted in a lot of wasted photo paper. Color pics didn't work.
I tried to save ink by printing pics in B&W, that didn't work.
Only partial images appear in pics for both color and B&W.
On top of that, the ink is expensive; more than the ink for the i450.

Won't scan wirelessly

I can print wirelessly. But, I have never been able to scan wirelessly. Searching through the internet confirmed this seems to be a very common problem for PIXMA printer/scanners. Otherwise its a good printer.

Even A beginner Can Use

Received as a gift & was concerned about set-up as I am a novice at this. Set-up was amazing! No difficulties (wireless connection). Instructions were easy to follow and well detailed. Not being tech-savvy was a major concern but if I can do it, antone can.
Printing speed is excellent as is the printing quality. The qwireless connection is in another room thru several walls but is not a problem. If you want to print immediately , you do have a warm-up wait however. The only objection I have. Start-up is slow.

Cons: lomg warm-up. not instant on.
