Very Nice Printer/Scanner

Very easy to set-up. Scanner is as good as any stand alone scanner I've ever used. (I have owned 4) Wireless feature is great. Photos look really nice as does text. Extremely quiet. No negatives to date other than a little slower than some other printers I have used. On the other hand it is faster than some too. Very satisfied with quality and features. Priced very reasonably for what you get.
Pros: Easy Setup, easy to use, Sharp Tones & Colors

Great Product

AAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAA This is my second Canon printer. Had another brand in between. After 10 months I had to return to Canon. Brand E was very noisy and I did not like the way it functioned. I should have stayed with Canon. This is a outstanding multifunction printer. I recomend the PIXMA series to anyone. Easy set-up, easy to operate,quality printing, quiet and at a great priced.
Pros: durable, Easy Setup, easy to use, Sharp Tones & Colors, quiet operation
Cons: High Ink Consumption, ink could be cheaoer

decent printer, difficult scanner

Printer works OK: I haven't had any problems with that. The scanner, however, is the least intuitive device I have ever used. I've had 2 Canoscan scanners before and they were great. I scanned images at the dpi I wanted and then transferred them to email or hard drive but with this I just can't figure out how to get the images OUT of the scanning software. I also can't even figure out how to DELETE images! Previously I would just drag to the trash or click and delete but this doesn't allow either! The instruction manual is unclear and difficult to understand. I have done well with Canon products before now I am going to go out and probably buy a stand alone scanner and only use this for the printer. What a waste!

Cons: Difficult Setup, Difficult to use, Slow Print Speed

Quality Slow Printing

I wonder if they take into account the amount of time the printer takes to actually start when they calculate the PPM. Also, do you really need to add 7 shortcuts to the desktop?
It prints well, makes a lot of noise and takes a lot of time doing it.
Cons: Slow Print Speed

It prints fast and it real easy to setup
the paper tray hide the paper so it makes it look neat.

Great printer for what I paid

Purchased this last night and spent most of the day getting it setup for wireless printing. It was not the printers problem I am not that familiar with setting up Lans and wireless devices. Once I got it to work it works beautifully, I couldn't be happier. The only thing I noticed, as far as speed is concerned is it takes a few seconds to get the data to the printer from the PC or wireless lap top once it starts printing though it is very quick.
The rear paper feed seems a little flimsy but other than that seems pretty solid. The print quality is outstanding. I am not a pro but it looks more than acceptable to me. I like the copier functions, in fact I showed a copy of a copy and asked a friend to tell me which was the original and which were the copies, He couldn't tell. Overall I think it is a great deal.

I Love My Canon MP620B!!!

When I purchased my computer package, it came equipped with a competing brand name printer. I spent 2 days trying to get the competing brand name printer to work with no success. Fortunately, the store allowed me to swap the unit for a Canon Pixma MP620B. The installation of the Canon Pixma MP620B took about 10 minutes. I have never experienced such a quick and flawless printer installation. The Canon unit is extremely high quality, the print color is fantastic and the unit's performance is simply the best I have ever witnessed. The Canon unit is compact and practical. Everyone I have spoken with that has used Canon printers say the same thing; the units are durable, they work great and they are very efficient. My personal use of the Canon Pixma MP620B printer has made me a believer...If I ever need an accessory for my computer and Canon makes it; I will buy it!!!
