Works as advertised

Setting it up wirelessly takes a little effort, but it only took once to get it right. Works great with my macbook. Seems well built except for the lower paper tray which feels flimsy and cheap.
Pros: Compact Design, Easy Setup, easy to use, fast print speed, good wireless performance
Cons: lower paper tray cheap and flimsy

Given reasonable price and fairly small footprint, this is a lovely printer/scanner
Pros: Compact Design, Easy Setup, easy to use, reliable, Sharp Tones & Colors
Cons: Slow Print Speed

The Canon Pixma MP620 was easy and relatively quick to set up. It is very east to use and is very easy on the ink. I am still on the cartridges that came with the printer and have done a lot of both color prints and documents. I am purchasing another mp620 for my daughter for her dorm room.
Pros: Easy Setup, easy to use, fast print speed, Low Ink Consumption, reliable, Sharp Tones & Colors

Beautiful Prints

The set up manual appeared daunting, but glad to find the selection for easy set up once getting into the computer. We were a little confused when it mentioned "access point" but, flipping through the manual showed the printer's screen with the tools selection where we were able to select wired/wireless for compatibility between both computers (desk top and laptop) and the printer, then the set up completed easily from there. My son was helping to do the set up and was very impressed with the beautiful prints, including the clarity/sharpness of prints from websites. Happy that it came with everything needed to complete the install, and several sheets of glossy paper for pictures, too. Nicely compact compared to my last multifunction printer purchased a few years ago. Will have to use it for more than a few days to determine ink consumption. So far... Love it!

JUST PURCHASED THE 620B 3 DAYS AGO. VERY SATISIFIED WITH THE PRICE AND EASY SET UP. I HAVE NOT REALLY USED IT ENOUGH TO GIVE AN ACCURATE REVIEW BUT IT LOOKS PROMISING.

Great product!

I researched several printers on the internet and bought this printer to replace a competitor's printer that died on me after about four years of use. I found the setup to put this on my home LAN using the wireless feature very easy, although it took me about an hour to do this. We've used the printer now for over a month and it has performed flawlessly. I am very pleased with the price/value of this product and would recommend it to anyone needing a printer to do just about anything except sending faxes.

The BEST Printer!

This printer is the best I've ever had. It's printing is very clear and it's really easy to replace empty ink cartridges because they have lights on them. The wireless is the best thing ever for a printer, and it's really easy to set up. I give this definitely 5 stars.

After much research, I recommended this printer to a good friend. After setting it up for her, I liked the quality and ease of setup and use so much I bought one for myself. Photo print quality really shines with high-quality photo paper. Photos on plain paper appear dull by comparison. Text quality is excellent for an inkjet printer. Could be faster, but the print quality makes up for the lack of speed for me. Very easy wireless network setup. A winner!
Pros: Lightweight/Portable, Easy Setup, easy to use, Low Ink Consumption, very good color rendition on photo paper
Cons: dull tones and colors on plain paper
