Canon is right on the mark

I setup this printer in about 20 minutes on my home wireless network. First impressions of the functionality are great. Printouts look great. Speed is average. Definitely not slower than our HP or Epson photo printers. Display is crisp. Keypad and selection wheel are easy to understand and use.
Have had enough of HP and Epson. There tech support have not been very good at fixing issues. I have not had to call Canon yet, hopefully I won't.

Pros: Compact Design, Lightweight/Portable, Easy Setup, easy to use, Sharp Tones & Colors, wireless communication

Needs Static IP

Excellent printer for the price. It uses a lot of ink, but it prints very quickly. Network configuration is a little lacking. The printer doesn't have a static IP setting. The software drivers causes headaches on some networks.
Pros: easy to use, fast print speed
Cons: Difficult Setup, High Ink Consumption

Great Buy

I bought this 6 months ago and I am please with its performance. The only problem I have is with scanning wirelessly; it takes a long time to send the file to the computer wirelessly. Since the printer sits next to the computer, I just connect via USB. The scanning is very fast with USB. Another thing to be careful with is with the type of paper you use. This goes for all printers. If you do not use canon glossy or matte paper for photos, you likely will have to make color adjustments for the paper you are using. I was using Canon Pro (PR101) and found that I had to make special printer profile adjustments to get the right color. Nevertheless, I am very pleased with the photo quality. (Somewhere between 300 to 340 dpi works well to provide excellent sharpness, depending on the paper you are using). I would stick to Glossy II paper to make life easier. That way you can use the included GS2 printer profile and obtain excellent results. Lastly, it was a little cumbersome to set the printer up wirelessly.
Pros: durable, easy to use, fast print speed, reliable, Sharp Tones & Colors
Cons: Difficult Setup, ink somewhat expensive for the quantity provided

Try to find the ink!!

I love the printer, love the way it prints, LOVE that it's wireless. However the ONLY place to get ink is from Canon. I live in a large metropolitan area and there is no store within 120 that carries the ink ( I checked the Canon website). Incredibly inconvient!!!

Great Printer

I bought this printer to replace are old i960. It is fantastic. My wife loves it and it was easy to use and setup. I do alot of printer installations and nothing could have been quicker and eaqsier.
Wants again Canon has proved to me they make great printers!

I found the MP620B to be a very good multi-function product. It's fairly quiet. It does however take about 30+ seconds to warm up. I have used all the features except the photo printing and am ok with them. I haven't purchased ink yet but am ok with buying each color separate. Should make it a little cheaper since I only have to replace what's needed. It's also wireless capable which I really like.

I recently purchased a Canon MP620B printer, scanner, and photo printer. I am very impressed with its ease of use and overall print quality. It is very easy to use and the results are amazing. The scanning software is very easy to use for all sorts of documents. If you are scanning documents, they can be easily archived as a pdf, stored and attached to emails, etc. I would recommend this unit for the home office or for personal use.
Pros: reliable, Compact Design, Easy Setup, Low Ink Consumption, Lightweight/Portable, fast print speed, easy to use, gogood scanning software

I would recommend this printer to anyone that loves to take photos and print them out. Perfect picture quality. I have used this one printer for over two years and have no compliants about it.
