Perfect for our family

We bought this refrigerator a month ago after returning another manufacturers 7 month old "stainless steel" French door bottom freezer that was rusting.
Our new frigid are was more room and is much more user friendly. We are so happy with it. thanks.

My new old frig

For 30 years, I've had an "old frig" in the laundry room for extra beverages, appetizers for parties, casseroles, etc etc. It was finally time to say "good-bye" and Frigidaire was the winner of my shopping "contest". I've only had my new "old frig" for a short time but am looking forward to many, many years together. So far, so good, new "old friend"!

It fit the space where my previous fridge was

It works ok, and I got the optional ice maker. One thing I didn't like was the temp controls - they're right up front on top. Not good for controls that you use maybe once a year. Reaching in, and across, and those darn controls hit your arm. Another thing I modified was the door shelf set up for gallon jugs. I went to the appliance store and got a small size end cap for that shelf and it's ok now. Also, make sure your unit is leveled correctly or you get water inside. Everything else OK and it is working fine.

When we purchased this refrigerator we did not realize that the control for the freezer were located below the lower shelf at the rear of the freezer. This is a very bad place for this control to be . If you need to change the setting you have to remove everything on the bottom of the freezer and then you need a flashlight to see the control for the freezer.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
